Most appalling place I’ve ever stayed. Host was unhelpful, aggressive and physically attacked me after refusing to check me out and refusing to refund me. I have now got to go through the courts to claim refund. Also the property has hidden cameras filming you without consent. Felt privacy violated. Also wasn’t Covid-19 set up so had to involve trading standards. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and cereal provided. Bedroom sparse but clean.

House under repair, skirting boards were missing showing bare wall. Living room piled high with building materials. Floor of dining area was carpeted but showed missing boards underneath carpet. With 5 people sharing a bathroom, only the first person taking a shower got a clean bathtub or sink. Should have had antibacterial wipes available to clean surfaces. Web page and directions showed the wrong location, in fact about 3 miles out. Think this was booking.com's error
