Nothing we didnt even stay in this disgusting place.

The property was disgusting, mouldy, dirty, smelly, blood on the wall and radiator. The bath had black revolting marks round it. We didnt and would not stay in a property like this. The images show this to be a reasonable and comfortable apartment and what we got looked more like a squat.

the location is great.. that's all I can say positive really

the house was untidy, stank of cigarette smoke and curry, the walls are dirty, the carpet is dirty, the bathroom is dirty, the curtains are dirty. the kitchen was incredibly basic but actually not terribly dirty. there is a small tv stuck to the wall in the lounge that's so far off to the side of the room that it's not really usable, trying to move it looks like it'll just fall off the wall.

The property more cleaner and able to use the bath and shower carpets need a good clean bathroom floor needs fixing damp all around the bath shower broken kitchen walls got grease around the rubbish bin

The apartment was in a great place for us. Local to all places that we wanted to go.

The worst bit for us was having no hot water at all, so unable to use shower etc. And cold as never had no heating.

The location for us was great, one of the reasons we booked this. WIFI was working great.

Hygiene!!! - The mold in the bathroom was too much for me. The ceiling was almost black above the shower area and some joints were more black than white. - Also the rubber edge of the refrigerator was ripped and not clean (it still did work, but probably not as environmental as could be). - The table in the living area was not stable, you can not lean your elbows on it while sitting down. - The light in the bathroom did not work after the first night and did not get fixed while we were there. Luckily we brought a flashlight with us. - The bed lights in the bigger bedroom were not plugged, but on empty batteries and therefore hardly worked. There is no wall outlet on the headboard side (not a problem, just good to know)A broken plank in the small cabinet in the big bedroom (not a problem, just sloppy). - When we took out plates and bowls from the kitchen, we first had to clean them, there was also only 1 knife.

Moldstains, dirty blankets, stains on the couch, gaps in the walls, dirty walls in kitchen, kitchen utilities dirty as well, boiler wasn't working properly, very old school system of bathroom light that worked half, mold spots on the fridge.

Location is good... close to shops and at decent distance from city center

The apartment lacked basic amenities as listed at the time of booking. It seems that it was not made ready to host. Cleanliness was also an issue... especially the sofa cum bed looks old and dirty. The beds were also not very comfortable. The place was very noisy all the time. In day because of a primary school near by and in night, due to hotel next door. Its certainly not soundproof as claimed in the details.

Not well maintained, the place was not very clean, Cob webs on the bedroom light holder, kitchen utensils and table tops not cleaned properly, carpets, bathroom not so great too. The fact that I was having my family over from overseas and had to walk up stairs to the 3rd floor with luggages was no fun at all. Parking also was a very big problem. Got pulled up by police as I was trying to drop the bags close to the Apartment entrance. It was a big disappointment and I promise not to go back there again 😞

Bathroom & walls covered in mould, oven didn't work, linen was soiled, very stinky, toilet seat broken, floor in bathroom collapsing. Worst place I've ever stayed in using Booking.com. I've sent a complaint to the number who shared the access code but they never answered my call & haven't replied.

Outside apartment - Parking was an absolute nightmare and lots of cigarette ends on floor near communal door entrance Inside apartment - False plants on the stairs had been tampered with so all the decorative balls were scattered everywhere so potential trip hazard and safety issue. Not enough plates and cutlery in kitchen and bathroom was extremely damp whereby floor was uneven due to damp in flooring and damp patches all around the bath. The bath was also dirty with grime.

The entire flat was not clean: - the cups had traces of lipstick etc. - behind the sofa there were old ear cleaners and various other leftovers - there were food residues and crumbs in the sofa seats. - The compartments of the freezer were not cleaned. - the bath mat was not clean - Overall, the toilet and bathroom showed traces of dirt that had not been cleaned for a long time. There was no answer to our question including pictures of this condition and whether they would consider this clean. We didn't use the kitchen and bathed at a friend's house. The flat was lovelessly furnished with absolutely cheap furniture, some of which was already broken or had holes in it: - the sofa had holes in the cover - the door of a kitchen cupboard, in which the pots and other accessories had more or less been thrown in, was defective. - one piece of furniture in the bedroom was broken - a chair in the living room was wobbling alarmingly. The keys were handed over by pointing to the locker. The flat could not be opened with this flat key simply by turning it, but required a sequence of several steps. However, these were only communicated to us after several enquiries via Whatsapp. No one came by to help. But after we finally got to the flat and saw that someone had forgotten other keys in the flat earlier, they could be picked up within 5 minutes. Overall, a flat we would not recommend to anyone.

Location was very good for our needs. Two out of the three bedrooms were quiet at night.

The bathroom was very tired. It was not very clean. The toilet flush did not work properly. The toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall as was the towel holder. The toilet seat was only held on one side. The bathroom shelf was only held up with some pot otherwise that would have fallen off too. Floor tiles were missing. The kitchen cutlery was dirty. The bed in the lounge had no sheet. The dining table was so loose we were afraid to touch it as it had a glass top. Several picture hooks missing a picture. The mattress someone else mentioned a while ago that is out the back is still there. Seemed that having to be out by 9 am smacks of getting the most money for the shortest stay. I did get one reply from the owners about getting access to the keys, so there's a positive.

Entrance to flat disgusting.The place was not clean. The linen on beds ok.Toilet was terrible although the shower which we had too use was ok. Never used any of kitchen utensils or appliances fridge etc was dirty. As we only there for 2 nights and could not get anything else when we arrived we had to stay. Dont think you should advertise this place as it gives your firm bad reputation.
