the space is big for family trip. The staff is good enough and fast respond when there is the problem.

The aircond for one of the bedroom is not cool enough. The wifi got issue and should solve the problem.

The location was awesome. Very convenient to the malls.

Check in process was a pain, keys are not in mailbox where you can access it anytime which is usually the case when I book a private home. You have to collect it by 12am from a shop. It was a hassle as we were flying in and our flights were arriving at 3am. If you are arriving at odd hours I wouldn’t recommend this place better off booking a hotel.

The location was good, walking distance to shops.

There was no microwave provided, which is essential for an apartment. Bathroom doors were old and rusty. Slippers were only provided in one bathroom. An anti slip bath mat should have been provided to accommodate elderly person.

Check in was very well detailed. No issues. Th host is very responsive. Check out was also very smooth. Nice pool and view from unit. The building is located behind summit. Convenient store and Arabic restaurant is just around the corner. Overall a very nice place and worth the price.

Unit was not very clean upon check in. Host said cleaners would clean the place later but they never arrived. Suggestions: Should place extra garbage bags just in case. Add mirrors in the room.

BAD experience due to the sofa was broken and here is the paper stated threat us if broken by us will fine Rm1000, so we didn't seat for the sofa. The aircond was water leaking not cold due to the owner didn't wash the aircond filter. We had help them to wash all the aircond filter.

the parking to the apartment was difficult to get too, long journey just to drive to the parking space, took some time

The parking is limited for one car only inside the apartment. There is no open parking for others. The style here is like park at your own risk concept.

The fact that the apartment nearby the mall, that is a plus point for that.

Property was well designed and comfortable. Great for big gatherings and in house facilities are good. (Improvements on towels please, as the towels provided are hair sized towels)

The condo at the time I checked in was not convenient, as the block’s lifts were not functioning. Had to go to Tower A’s lifts and it took 20 minutes to get to the house as it is very slow and too many people (max 5 person each lift). And the parking spot was at the highest level. Not convenient to be going out and all.

Worth for money.☺
