The whole experience was seamless, from the day we booked it we were getting updates on the upcoming vacation. I got a message the morning of, welcoming us and wishing us safe travels. We loved that the hot tub was ready and hot on our arrival. It looks exactly like the pictures, and nothing came as a surprise other than how COMFORTABLE the bed was! We took our dog with us (Great Pyrenees) and he enjoyed the experience and there was enough space for him to lay out on the deck and enjoy the sun! This location has a fire pit that we got to roast s'mores and they had extra wood on the deck if needed. The grill was clean and ready to cook on, we went to a meat market in town and made the best steaks! The outside patio is right on the water and we had the pleasure of seeing the wildlife such as ducks, turtles, fish and rabbits. It was so beautiful we got engaged on the back porch! The location is great. We were about 5-10 min away from most things, which made it easy to go out to eat or look around Broken Bow. The check out was very easy as well. We even accidentally left our swimsuits and Rose was in contact with us and helped us get them shipped back to us.

It was an amazing vacation and I don't have anything negative to say. They knocked it out of the park and we will definitely be back again! If you're thinking about it just book it, you won't regret it!

I like the view when you’re in the hot tub, so beautiful, we came at the end of October when the leaves are changing colors. it was beautiful! The restroom is unique!

Need to fix the slow drip in the tub/shower

Pond, wildlife, shower, bathroom layout, and overall theme.

Kitchen supplies (pots, pans, dishes, and cooking utensils) could be updated. Would recommend privacy screen or something to block the view of the road from the porch.

The property was nice and quiet. Very well kept and very clean.

The property is not as secluded as it looks in the pictures. It’s literally an open lot away from the main highway. We were not able to watch tv due to the last guest being logged in on the prime video. It needed a pin number just to log them out which neither the property owner or we knew.
