El apartamento tenía un olor terrible a sucio la dueña solo excusas al pedirle me solucione yo tuve que yo limpiar con desinfectante el apartamento para que tenga un mejor olor🤬🤬

I loved the quaint little apartment with everything that you could want including 2 televisions. The view of San Jose from the apartment's only window was very cool. The apartment was spotless. There were restaurants within about a 15mins walk behind the hotel. The San Pedro Mall (where you can finish your souvenir shopping) is right down the street (facing the building, to your right) There's a terrific store for souvenirs to your left as you walk in.

The host who lives off grounds was of little help. I arrived at the apartment with a suitcase full of wet clothes from the very humid town of Miramar. I felt that I should dry the clothes since they may get moldy or they were going to add weight to my baggage. The apartment very conveniently has a washer/dryer combo with settings in spanish. I could not figure out how to use the machine. I drenched my clothes twice (2 different settings) trying to figure out how to use it. I called the owner who advised me to watch a youtube video with a person speaking very rapidly in spanish for 15mins. I could not understand. I called the host back twice leaving desperate messages for help. NEVER heard back from her. This was all within a short period of time during which time I imagined that she was still available to talk (it was around 9:30pm). I asked the security desk person for help & he was rude, at best. I asked him where there might be some restaurants in the area; again rude. Some of the security was okay, when I was checking in. The security did not tell me when they gave me my key chain that I needed to use the card attached for going up and down the elevator.

Confortable, well-equipped, clean and worth the price, in good location.

The house opposite ruined the view, and it was noisy at night.

the apartment could have been cleaner, especially the windows looked very dirty. it needs better ventilation. wifi and tv had very bad connection. the couch was super unfomfortable. i accidentally left some things behind, and when i asked about it the owner told me she asked the housekeeper but nothing was left, and later told me the housekeeper threw everything away. i left the discussion because it was obvious she didn't care at all. Edited to add: first of all, you know very well that I left on the 3rd and contacted you on the 5th, because in our whatsapp conversation you repeatedly said I shouldn't have waited 2 days, even though it wouldn't have mattered because my things were thrown out the same day. Adding that 1 extra day is just weird. The leash wasn't old because my cat is still a kitten, it was a full bag of litter, and you could have contacted me even if you really did think it was trash. That has nothing to do with value or importance, but it does show your carelessness. I just put some breakable things in the closet so my cat couldn't damage them, there was no mess and all the furniture was in the same place. I used the couch to have dinner, so don't act like I slept on it. You're a grown woman, stop lying.

The welcome and helpfulness of the concierge/security people.

This apartment was the dirtiest accommodation I have ever experienced. I supplied photographic evidence to host and booking. The hosts offered a refund of cleaning fees and admitted their cleaner had failed but chose to smear me through lying in their review. Booking compensated me.

Nice view, well-equipped, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, very good value for the money, host was also very helpful.

It was very hard to find it, good that our taxi deiver called them, beacuse the address on google maps directs to a slightly different place. the beeps from pedestrian traffic lights could be continuously heard during the night which was quite annoying. Cash payment caused some inconvenience but we managed. Rust started to eat the bathroom furniture above the toilet.

Booked this last a couple of days before we arrived in San Jose, and i am SO happy for that. A beautiful, clean and spacious apartment with a amazing bedroom with a view. Everything we needed was in the kitchen, even cooking oil and seasoning. The place felt safe with 24/7 guards at the entrance. Was close to the city center, and had a nice supermarked just across the road.

Location and concierge were great.

Lovely little apartment with amazing views. Good appliances such as washer, and dryer, oven etc. Perfect for a couple or small family,and it's also pet friendly. Perfect location for walking around and getting to know San José. There is San Pedro mall close by, an excellent supermarket opposite, and loads of restaurants near by. Irene was responsive and responded quickly to messages. We will stay again for sure. 100% recommended.

You can only pay in cash or through sinpe, and only people who have a Costa Rican bank account can pay via sinpe. (bank transfer.) its good to know this in advance if you are not from Costa Rica, so you can get the cash ready.

The apartment is very modern and is situated on the 8th floor of a tall building. The guests get a good view of the city from the large bedroom window. The entrance to the building is guarded and has a reception area with a guard, who lets people in and out - this creates a feeling of very good security. Right on the other side of the street from the building is an excellent grocery and conveniece store called Auto Mercado (hopefully I got the name right) - one can get almost anything from the store. The apartment was very well equipped and had a washing machine for laundry, a big fridge with a freezer compartment, two televisions, a nice rain shower with a large bathing area, real coffee and a coffee maker and glasses, mugs, plates, cutlery, etc. in the kitchen area. The free WiFi worked flawlessly during my one night stay. In terms of noise levels, the apartment was quiet during the night and provided very good sleeping comfort, also thanks to the large double bed.
