The only positive we could say was that the view was great.

The balcony floor was giving in, the flooring was soft and it felt very unsafe. Then it was balcony ceiling, we could see through a hole in the beam supporting the upstairs balcony. The bathroom ceiling had mildew in it. Because of the above two SAFETY issues we had to leave the property and find some where else to stay. Spoke to the owner which understood why we left and also spoke to the host which requested an email with descriptions and pictures showing the state of the condo. Sent all the proof but only got partial refund. The below issues were not forcing us to leave but for the price we would have expected the condo to be perfect. The other issues are: The balcony floor was extremely dirty as well Remotes to ceiling fan/lights did not work (living room and bedroom) One curtain missing (no privacy from the beach) Damaged dining room table Entrance door lockpad only working some of the time Some cockroaches around (which happens in this climate) Dirty dishes Our long weekend got ruined as we lost an entire day relocating because of the safety issues. This condo should not be rented out before the safety issues are fixed.

Our room was very close to the beach and had a great view of the water. We even saw dolphins from our balcony. There was a very handy wash station near the beach gate to clean off sand before returning to our room. The apartment was quite clean and bright, even though the outside of the building was worn and dingy. Appreciated the covered parking. It was nice to find a few beach essentials in the closet, as well as beach towels.

This is definitely a small space. I wouldn't have wanted any more than our family of four in there. There wasn't even quite enough comfortable seating for us to lounge all together. The bunk beds are very narrow, but a reasonable length. Some of the provided kitchen supplies need to be replaced. I wish I had brought my own frying pan. The room leaked above the sliding door on the balcony. Fortunately we didn't discover this until it rained on the morning we checked out.

The inside of the property exceeded all expectations. Cute, updated space was perfect for our relaxing mother daughter weekend at the beach. The master bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed at in a rental. The property owners nailed it with this one!

Location and area is run down, not a lot of tourist attractions or restaurants within walking distance. We had to drive a good ways for any amenities needed. Beach and outside of condominium was decent and were fine for the weekend but given the distance to local attractions besides the USS Lexington and Aquarium it was not what we were looking for with this trip.

Location is excellent, especially for the area.

Check-in was slow, clumsy and awkward.
