The location was perfect. On a corner lot that overlooked the pool area. Owner was very helpful in getting the keys since I could not get the lockbox to open. Very comfortable furniture and had most all pots/pan, dishes, silverware and glasses you need. Standard coffee pot but I knew that before arriving so was prepared with ground coffee & filters. Liked the patio off the upstairs master bedroom with a view of the pool, bbq & activity areas.

Would have liked a front door security door so I could open the patio and front doors for a nice breeze through the living area. No can opener but was able to borrow one from a resident we met upon arrival.

The location was great.

The owner left 2 keys -pool access and front door. I accidentally put the pool key in the lock box when we left and the owner made me pay for a locksmith because he didn’t have a spare and doesn’t live in the area. He should have a backup plan for that. Also, the outlets and lamps didn’t work. There was no internet and the tv only had a few local channels. The toilet only flushed about half the time. The other half you had to plunge with the plunger next to the toilet. The ice maker didn’t work, the silverware was sized for a child’s play set and 2 pieces broke, there were only 2 coffee cups and 5 adults. Poorly stocked.

Half the house was out of service the restroom water did not cut on for about two days the half of the upstairs did not work so my family weren’t able to enjoy it upstairs I ordered three beds only two beds correctly work everything else was out of service I would not suggest that you stay there
