Bed was comfortable Bathroom was clean

Bedroom was dirty. Dust on all the ledges of the wall panelling. Carpet looked grubby. Suspicious looking dribble marks on the paintwork Dark blue paint combined with the room size made it feel gloomy and oppressive.

The bed was very comfortable and we loved the amenities! Amazing location, many restaurants, shops and wonderful parks very near.

Our room was quite small, not much space to move around.

Poor communication from staff which was a shame. When we arrived we checked In but they did not give us any information about breakfast, where and what time! Also did not clearly tell her us where our room was, told us it was downstairs but not clear where this was. The stairs were in an unusual place, almost hidden so had to ask someone else where they were. When arriving for breakfast, no members of staff around, when staff appeared, no communication to tell us where to sit and what was included.

Not enough shelf’s in the bathroom for things. Bed was too big for the room. Very little space to move around.

Travelled with my elderly father and there was no lift , he struggled to 2nd floor. Rooms very small but neat. Lack of lift or restaurant for dinner should be clear. The travern was near however the two Italian restaurant should be advertised also

We absolutely loved the decor and the cleanliness was of a high standard. The bed sheets were crisp and very white The breakfast was simple with a nice choice of options. The location was perfect

We were disappointed there was no lift for luggage. I thought breakfast was lovely however the option of purchasing a cooked breakfast was expensive. Also a larger bar area would have been nice
