Nice, cozy and friendly place to stay.

Although most of the breakfast was delicious, the sour dough bread was disappointing quality.

Stayed one night here for work. The parking instructions seemed complicated, but in reality the parking was fine and within an easy 3 minute walk from the property. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was gorgeous, lots of antique furniture and unique touches, very clean and with a luxury feel. The bathroom had a fab shower, and the bed, though a little soft for my liking, provided a good night's sleep. The location was ideal, allowing me to walk into town for an evening work social. The area was nice and I felt safe returning to the hotel alone even at 10:30 p.m. Lovely hotel and I would stay again.

Breakfast was ok, location was perfect, the staff were welcoming and pleasant.

unfortunately we were in room 3 which is below the kitchen which meant we were awake from 6.3.am. When this was mentioned to the guest house, I was told this was why we had a discounted room, this was not pointed out to me at the time of booking otherwise I would have not chosen it.

Great value for money. Great convenient location. Really welcoming host. Great cooked breakfast to order which set us up nicely for a busy long day. Really impressed with this last minute booking

Nothing to fault with the room or hotel. A note though that it's near the centre and was a bit noisy with an alarm that kept me awake some of the night.

Delicious breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff member who looked after us throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable. The option of getting a parking permit was very helpful. We found plenty of parking in Clarence Square round the corner. The guesthouse was good at communicating and replying to messages swiftly. It was well located close to the town centre and to Pittville.

It was all good!
