Condominio ski-in / ski-out completamente rinnovato (dicembre 2019) con 2 camere da letto private (regina) e un soppalco (doppia / matrimoniale a castello, doppia) e 2 bagni completi. Cucina completa con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, armadi in noce, ripiani in granito. Grande smart TV 4K, camino a gas in pietra e mobili nuovi.
Situato vicino a SnowPine e facile accesso ai sentieri di Sunrise. Servizio navetta ogni ora per il Lodge principale dell'Holiday Valley.

We love staying here because it is scenic, quiet, comfortable, and in the most perfect location. Easy to town. Easy to summer hiking trails (and winter ski trails). Just easy. The beds are all comfortable. Having two bathrooms is a bonus. And the kitchen is well supplied with coffee makers, a plug-in hot water pot, great knives, and plenty of dishes, mugs, and glassware. The host responds quickly to messages. Highly recommended!

The place was well kept, in a perfect location and decently priced! We very mch enjoyed our little family getaway! We would happily return another time!
- notes: I would suggest tea towels get packed- it was really the only thing missing and important for washing up, especially with a family and dishes.

Was perfect for two couples and two adult siblings. Had there been ample snow, the ski in-out would have been awesome. Josh should leave a note in the unit to provide the guests with instructions on how to leave the unit....garbage where, towels where, dishwasher on, etc.

We have stayed a few times in this area and this was the best yet! The place was very clean, easy for the kids to ski out, warm, plenty of space, and cozy. We will look to stay here again!

Everything about this place was great. Great view. Great communication with the property manager. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and place was very clean. Simple decorating was beautiful, as was the view and the local area. My husband and I are hoping to rent this place again next year.

Our regular go to place Ellicotville mini weekend getaway,This little townhouse was perfect spot for us ,location was absolutely perfect since we played golf for two days it’s so easy to get to and close to everything else .

This townhouse was perfect! Very cozy, clean, accomodating. It had everything in the kitchen as far as utensils/pans that we would need. The sleeping situation was perfect for our family. My only concern was my 5 year old would get on the loft full sized bed and lean over the railing to talk. A little railing of some sort up there night be a good idea. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends!

It was a great location and nice place. Would have loved to have had a few wine glasses and a wastebasket in the bathroom( it’s amazing how much you miss it when it’s not there). Otherwise, it was nice.

Great location facing the lifts. Plenty of room for a family with three teenagers. Pictures are accurate, everything works and is updated. Host was responsive, we’ll be back!

We stayed here for the second year in a row. The space is clean, updated and fit our needs perfectly with 3 adults and 3 kids, ages 11 and under. Great for skiing at Holiday Valley and enjoying downtown Ellicotville. The stairs up to the loft are very steep and narrow but it works well for kids who love the space. My 3 year old needed help and close supervision to get up and down. We will likely be back next year! Highly recommend.

This condo is perfect! We had 4 adults and 2 children. The location is fantastic….walked outside and started skiing! Everything is updated and all necessary essentials are provided! Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our relaxing week at this Snow Pine Meadows property. We found everything (except wine glasses) in the property: equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Comfy beds in downstairs rooms. Washer and dryer were easy to use. We enjoyed sitting on the small balcony where there were two cozy chairs and ottomans. Bonus was AC in the main living room and main bedroom. No AC but an overhead fan in the second downstairs bedroom. (The weather was hot for a couple of days, then perfect. )
Easy access to hiking, biking, golfing, and town shopping/dining.
We will book again.

Owner was easy to work with and great communicator. The condo was as advertised and nicely updated. The condo was clean and gorgeous although the common areas (hallways, stairs) were NOT.

Cute condo
Check in process was quick and easy. Owner gave us all the info we needed. Location is great-very quiet and peaceful with a view but also close to resort down below.
No issues while with our stay.

Great slope side weekend retreat!
Our family just stayed for a weekend at this property. It’s right on the slopes so it’s super easy to get going. The place was perfect for us to rest at night after a full day of skiing. Just a couple things to note. The coffee maker takes a very long time to perk. So it may be better to grab your coffee in town. Also there is no blender if you are looking to make a morning shake or smoothie. Other than that, we had all we needed!

Circular stairs are tight. Ski in out access could not be better. Multiple units use a common entrance exit. The common area entrance exit could have been cleaner.

Great ski in/out townhouse
My husband and I and our 2 kids had a great stay and would highly recommend. We want to come back next year. One note for parents of small children, the staircase up to the loft is narrow and steep and we couldn’t let our 2 y/o up there but our 5 y/o loved it.

Perfect location and a beautiful place to stay
This is a great place to get away. Condo was very clean and updated. Location and setting are close to everything and very peaceful and pretty. Have rented with this owner in the past and always have an exceptional experience. This was perfect for family and/or friends getaway.

Very nice condo.
Enjoyed sitting on porch and watching wildlife. Would like to visit sometime when there is lots of snow and watch the skiers. Joe was very prompt answering any questions we had.

Nice hillside accommodation
The listing was very nice. We had a lot of fun and the location for the wedding we were in was perfect. I would recommend this room as the views were nice and everything was clean and in order.

Great Getaway Right on the Mountain
Originally I booked this property so that I could ski at Holiday Valley, but Mother Nature had other plans. Regardless, overall my experience was excellent. The property is clean, spacious and just a 5 minute drive from town. Would recommend and book again anytime of the year!

Great weekend stay for family of 4
House was great for our family of 4 for a long weekend away from home. My favorite was the fireplace (so easy to start and so warm and cozy), the deck in the sunshine for most of the day watching the skiers, and the coffee recommendation from owner (yum, nitro cold brew).
