There was no slipper

I was in the third floor you can hear the restaurant noise above you until 2 am you cant sleep 3 days stay not once they cleaned the room

everything in the hotel was perfect

No facilities ( swimming pool- Gym ) also no coffee machines in rooms although the cost is not low

The sounds coming from the road was a bit noisy, Weak water flow on the shower

reception staff are amazing they fulfill all our requirement & they helped us even with recommendation where to go in Qassim. location is at Qassim center , room is big & comfort & we where welcomed with traditionally Saudi Coffee and Qassim famous dates. breakfast can come to your room if don't want to go up in the buffet

bathroom water pressure could be improved also bathroom did not have hair Shampoo only shower gel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The location was simply unbeatable, with everything I needed just a stone's throw away. The hotel itself had a cozy and homely feel, which made it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. And if there was anything I needed during my stay, it was taken care of asap. The staff were extremely responsive and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed to make my stay truly enjoyable. One of the things that really stood out to me about this hotel was how flexible they were with check-out times. This made a huge difference to my overall experience, as it allowed me to make the most of my time in the area without feeling rushed or pressured to leave. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value stay in a fantastic location. The friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, and overall flexibility of the hotel made it a truly wonderful place to stay. I can't wait to come back and visit again soon!

Water pressure in the shower needs to be stronger.
