Location is great. Views beautiful. Ski lifts very near. Excellent for a family stay.

The lift was not working when we arrived almost fixed on day of departure

Breakfast not included but there uis a full kitchen to prepare meals. Location was excellent

Nothing really, wonderful apartment in a great location

In terms of location it could not get any better - Right next door to Drunk Cherry, above a ski hire shop and 100m from the main gondola. The boot room was also very conveniently located on the ground floor allowing very easy access. The apartment was extremely clean and everything worked well. I would also add that any minor glitches such as the hot water going off one day were responded to and dealt with very quickly and efficiently.

Best location possible! Ski lift right outside the door step. With restraints directly below. The view was outstanding from the lounge room + bedroom. Host was super friendly and easy to communicate with regarding check in! Deffinitly will stay here again!!

Recently returned from a fabulous ski trip to New Gudauri… this apartment is perfect for a family holiday. It is very conveniently located, and everything is within easy walking distance, especially the gondola… only a few steps from the door. The apartment looks exactly as it appears in the pictures, all the rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished with modern furniture everything is in amazing condition and immaculately clean. The views from the lounge were just stunning. We loved the comfortable living space and the social kitchen/diner area, it is ideal for a group or family meal times. The tasteful kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities. On the lower lever there is a large bathroom/utility room, to the upper lever, a further bathroom and three bedrooms each with a flat screen TV and really comfortable beds! With ample wardrobe space throughout the accommodation, this apartment had everything we needed to feel at home, in a clean, spacious and a calming place. Communication with the host was super easy, friendly, helpful and accommodating….always quick to respond. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in New Gudauri, I would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

The apartment is very light, spaceous and well furnished, and has a good view directly onto the slopes and mountains. We apreciated the supply of linen and plenty of towels. The location of the apartment is excellent very close to the Gondola lift station and ski slopes so easy for ski in, ski out. The ski locker room has also got plenty of space and has very easy acess to the apartment and skiing. There are lots of good resteraunts very locally serving a wide range of delicious Georgian traditionl food and a supermarket with all the essentials and an excellent wine selection. The parking under the apartment is very convenient with one parking space designated to the apartment. Our host was very helpfull and flexible and easy to contact if we had any queries. Initially we had a problem transfering the payment for the apartment from the UK through a highstreet bank but this was possible and worked well through transferwise.

The only thing we missed was some sort of coffee machine, but I am sure that can be easily rectified.
