A 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach! My family enjoyed this beautiful house and it’s perfect location. It is close to everything you need/want for a beautiful vacation. The pool was perfect and we even caught a few fish off the dock.

The house was perfect for our group of 7. The house had all of the amenities that we needed. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The private beach access was at the end of the street and we had the beach to ourselves each day. We would definitely stay here again.

We celebrated Easter and my husband’s 70th birthday with family and had a wonderful celebration! We enjoyed cooking a delicious dinner in the awesome kitchen and grilling by the pool. We also had fun at the beach which was just a short walk to the end of the street. We even had a friend come by and pick us up on his boat! There was plenty of space between outside and indoors for all of us to relax, too. It was a vacation that created memories we will always cherish. Hopefully, we can return next year!

This home is just as beautiful as the pictures. Plenty of room to spread out. Plenty of places to hang out., in the house or on the balcony, or the pool area or the dock watching the boats go by. We all said it was the most relaxing vacation any of us have ever have. The beach is so close and so beautiful. There are plenty of chairs, umbrellas coolers and beach towels. Outstanding property. Very clean and spacious. Very short walk to beach which is not much further than end of the street. First floor master bedroom is fantastic. Upstairs bedrooms are also very clean with good layout of bathrooms throughout the home.

Located half a block from the beach access, virtually private beach. The house was cleaned up to my wife’s high standards. Great location for both Naples and Bonita.

This house is lovely and the location convenient. We did have a few issues and notified the management team and although they were very responsive, the individuals designated to do the work did not show or call. At the end of the week they did bring in another individual to repair the dock ladder and he did a great job. All in all, this is a beautiful home and gave us a week of shared memories that we will never forget.

We had trouble with stairs . Elevator wasn’t working . They cleaned pool on our last day. Not enough wash cloths. We loved the location and the house.

We had a great stay. Had everything we needed and property manager was quick to respond. Easy walk to the beach

This place had it all. 10 minutes walk to the beach, awesome pool and spa, boat lift and dock 20 minutes to the inlet. 3 couples were perfectly comfortable in king beds. Grill and smoker got used a lot. Highly recommended for a luxury vacation.

Our family stayed at 239 Channel for a week and we had an amazing vacation. The house was clean, very spacious and checked off all of the boxes of what you might want/need. The beds were super comfy, we used the pool daily, the neighborhood was quiet and safe and the house is a very short walk to the beautiful beach. Overall, we had zero complaints about the property and our stay. We look forward to coming again in the future!

Overall impression of the property was very good. Very clean and location was great. Easy walk to the beach plus a boat dock. Had a few issues with the house and property. Drain for upstairs AC air handler was evidently stopped up. Water was seeping through the ceiling in the downstairs master bedroom and puddling on the floor. Evidently had been a problem for awhile looking at the water damaged crown molding in the master bedroom. Electrical outlets on kitchen island would not work. Breaker would trip when reset. And finally, the boat lift had evidently been left submerged in the water for awhile. Barnacles were all over the boat supports which made it unusable. Great house, just a few things that need attention.

i have to cancel 2 activity outside beacuse the construction make to many noise. The pool is dirty and the spa is not working. I think to much money out for this property.

This property is in a great location

Overall a great property for a location in short walking distance to the beach. Two families with 6 children ranging from 5-16 years old. All enjoyed the week. The home was great with all the amenities you could ask for. The only unfortunate issue we had was the on our first day which was Saturday, the fan blade on the pool heater fell right off the motor spindle, sounded like an explosion. Called the emergency line and left a message at 5:30pm, didn’t receive a call until Monday morning. The pool and hot tub were both at around 74 degrees. Fortunately the home owner had a large selection of tools and my brother in law and I are both mechanically inclined and took it upon our selves to make the repair on Saturday afternoon after fully inspecting the situation. Had the hot and pool upto temperature within a few hours. When I finally talked to the office on Monday, I specifically told the person on the phone that we made the repair bit would like to have the pool people come by and just make sure everything was ok. When they finally showed up on Friday afternoon, the day before our departure, they told us “we just got the call”. Everything checked out ok, not that I had any doubts. The only other issue was that the refrigerator would not cool down after the first day in the morning I inspected the condenser on the top of unit and it was completely covered with a blanket of fuz and debris. Shut the refrigerator down and vacuumed thoroughly. Restarted it and voila the temperature started to drop immediately. Minor issues. Overall would highly recommend to anyone and hopefully will be back in the future.
