This newly renovated property overlooks the famous Largo Argentina and has all the modern comforts with just the right touch of antique details. Getting around town is easy, just a few minutes walk to all the most famous monuments and also the popular neighbourhood of Trastevere.
THE SPACE
The home consists of 4 beautifully designed bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, clean and modern kitchen, large dining room and a spacious and comfortable lounge room overlooking beautiful Largo Argentina - the perfect view for relaxing and reflecting on your days adventures.
All furnishings and creature comforts have been carefully selected by our interior designer to provide our guests with a boutique hotel feel, with the added bonus of having the comforts of home. Enjoy a big family dinner sitting around the oversized dining table or relax together in the comforts of the living room to wind down at the end of the day.
This property is equipped with an A/C unit in every room and gas hot water heating (non stop) and smart thermostats to ensure good temperatures throughout the home. Also has a 50 inch smart TV, and free fast wireless internet throughout the whole home.
The beds; all of our mattresses are new and of assured quality. Three of the beds have a combination memory foam and spring mattress and one of the queen size beds has a memory foam only mattress. The sofa bed has been tested and guaranteed for a great night sleep.
The windows are all modern noise restricted windows making the home quiet at night and day and is situated in a beautiful upper class building on one of Rome's most famous streets. Situated a short walk away from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona and right by the shopping district, this will be a unique experience,.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD

As central as you could be. Want to walk to all the sites, get enchanted by the old roman streets… this might just be the place for you. The Jewish Ghetto as its famously known is the centre of the centre, like a bullseye for visitors that want all Rome has to offer only a short walk away.
The neighborhood is buzzing with activity in this upmarket part of town and we will give you a list of places to visit before you arrive (bars and restaurants) to ensure you don't get caught in any tourist traps.
Only 200m away you will also find a famous bar where some say that they serve "the best coffee in Rome" :) But there are other bars even closer to provide great italian coffee and croissants. Sant'Eustachio and Roscioli bar are to be tried.
Campo di Fiori and the river are also close by for those of you looking for fun summer nights.

*Please note that a Late check in fee of €30 applies for check ins after 8pm and €50 after 11pm.

NOTE: Our check in time is at 15.00 (3pm) and with the COVID-19 issue we cannot allow any early checkin as we need a four hour time to completely clean and sanitize the whole property before guests arrival.

*Baby crib rental / high chair - €5 each per night

6.Keep your apartment clean and tidy to help keep pests to a minimum. Rome is an old city and it has cockroaches, mice, rats and scorpions !
7.Linen and towels must only be used for their specific use.
8.Feminine products and other items must be thrown in the trash and NOT IN THE TOILET. If the toilet blocks or the sink clogs it may be due to what you are putting down there and you will be liable for the cost.
9.CLOSE your shutters and windows when you are not in your apartment.
10 PLEASE do not SLAM the doors in the apartment as it causes paint to crack around the doorframe and disturbs your neighbours.
11 DO NOT attempt to make any calls using the apartments phone line. Any calls registered during your stay will be charged to you.
12. IF something is not clean enough or you have any technical issue with an appliance or TV ...PLEASE let us know so we can take care of it for you :) Our goal is for you to have a pleasant stay.

Our stay was great. The property is well located, the A/C worked great, and there was plenty of space for our group. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Minor things to note were the check in process was manual and because our flight was delayed, we ended up checking in later than planned causing some churn. Additionally, I think the pillows could be softer but everyone else in the group thought they were fine.

This apartment was at a central location to get to everything easily. Our family of 7 had plenty of room and a great gathering room to recap and share our day that over looked some amazing ruins. It was bright and spacious. The people who ran the vrbo were helpful and kind. The only thing I would have others know when staying here is it sits in a busy piazza so you can hear all the excitement outside!

The apartment was lovely- very clean and well appointed- and was in an excellent location. It is very close to the Jewish Ghetto and we easily walked to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Roman Forum, etc. There are many restaurants nearby and a grocery across the street if you need supplies. The only slight recommendation I have for the owners is to purchase more coffee mugs. They thoughtfully left us coffee and tea, but there were only four mugs for seven people to share!

This was a dream of a place to stay! It’s a wonderful location, with historic ruins on the same square (amazing view of them from a window in both the living room and main bedroom) excellent restaurants, several stores (grocery and clothes, etc.) nearby, easy access for car services/Uber/taxis, and is walking distance to many major attractions and/or access to hop on-hop off tour buses. Everything from bedrooms to kitchen, living area and bathrooms were really nice and my whole family (my siblings and their college-age kids alike) were super happy and comfortable and enjoyed gathering together each night after our sightseeing/explorations/adventures. Coordination beforehand, check-in, help with arrival and departures was super easy and very helpful as this was a special trip (not frequent by any means) for our family and included arriving on a holiday (New Year's Day) plus an early departure by one of us to return to college that also had a super early pick-up time for her flight. We felt and were very supported if we needed to be, and just enjoyed our stay here way much overall. Would love to go back and stay here again someday, fingers crossed that we can/will :)

The Pantheon apartment is centrally located near many Rome highlights and had plenty of space options for our group of 6. We appreciated the offer of pick up and transport from the airport which made check-in very easy. And we got to see a marathon of runners going by on the morning we arrived! The lift made it easy to bring up/send down luggage. Each room had its own a/c unit if needed. With so many restaurants and coffee shops nearby, we didn’t need to use the kitchen too much but it had all the essentials. We are glad we chose to stay here!

Rome is already a wonderful place to visit. When the place you're staying has every single amenity and is perfectly located, it's icing on the cake. This apartment is right next to Casa Largo, just 10 minutes walk South of Piazza Navona and a few more minutes to the Pantheon. Campo de Fiori is less than 10 minutes in another direction. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The four bedrooms are very large and could easily accommodate a large family or several couples. The kitchen is rather small but had everything we needed. The agent responded quickly to every question leading up to our trip, and even after hours during our stay.

A group of friends combined the Ryder cup golf and sightseeing. The property is centrally located and very near to all the attractions. We were met by the owner’s representative and gave us a thorough explanation of the area and property. We particularly enjoyed our breakfast in the cafffe opposite.
Maybe a few more large cups would be helpful for larger groups.
One small gripe is that the description did not mention that three of the bedrooms were interconnected by not very substantial doors!!!

The apartment is very nice - just like the pictures - but the best part of our stay was that we were in the middle of everything. Besides being a short walk to the Pantheon and only slightly longer walk to the Colosseum and Forum, the neighborhood has lots of great restaurants, a bakery, a gelateria, and a nice overall vibe. It felt like being close to the tourism hotspots but also in a real neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Very nice apartment - clean and plenty of space for our family of 6. Having A/C was a BIG plus, as Rome was very warm during our stay. Property manager was very friendly and helpful. Location was terrific - we could walk to all the sites within Rome. Plenty of great restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. Would stay at this place again.

Easy to walk to most sites in city. Colosseum only about 15 min. Trevi and Pantheon 10-15. Very clean and great AC while hot. Owner met at apartment and went over everything. View of ruins outside. Safe neighborhood. Walked at night with no issues. Would definitely stay again. Beds were comfortable. Good Wi-Fi.

Let me start with what was good:
1) Property was clean and spacious!
2) Location was great! Close to sights, right near a grocery store.
3) Hosts were very responsive.
Disappointments:
1) The building was covered in scaffolding during our late March early April visit. The scaffolding made it impossible to open or see out of any of the apartment windows except the kitchen window into an airshaft.
The scaffolding had been up since at least early January, based on online reviews I found later. Even though they knew there was scaffolding up before we booked, no one told us. Felt like we were staying inside a box. Very depressing to have no natural light.
Interestingly, the bad reviews mentioning the scaffolding in January have come off the VRBO site.

This locations was great. Lots of room at this property. I feel like the listing was accurate. VERY friendly at check-in and communicated very well. They even helped us with our bags.
Only negative was that we couldn't open the windows because there was scaffolding on the outside of the apartment. So it wasn't optimal. Didn't ruin our stay, just can engage with what is going on outside, etc.

Party of 5 so perfect size, only thing we had to purchase was toilet paper because as Americans and women we went through everything they left… if we had asked I know they would have provided!! Was concerned it would be noisy as it is on a major street crossing, but it wasn’t bad. Furniture choice could be more practical for comfort, but we were there to see the city, not hang out at the house.

Amazing 4 Bedroom Flat in Rome
Five friends and I rented this flat in Rome on vacation. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host was amazing and greeted us when we arrived. He gave us map of the city and gave us many good suggestions. We would definitely stay here again. Also, it overlooks the location where Julius Caesar met his demise. Highly recommended.

Great Choice all around
Everything went as smooth as could be the communication before during and after was great. The location was incredible walking distance to so many of the places we wanted to visit, plenty of food places and shops around. The VRBO was clean spacious and very well decorated. We had a great time at Municipio I place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures.
