We enjoyed the condo! Very clean, and nicely decorated. Convenient to everywhere we wanted to go.

Week long stay. Great central location to everything. Condo was very clean and as advertised.

Property is in a great location and very clean. Couple problems: 1) Might be the worst bed I've ever tried to slept on. Super stiff, cheap mattress. My wife and I took turns sleeping on the couch it was so bad. 2) Paper thin walls. You can hear literally everything above, below, and beside your condo. There was a group of people having a conversation at 3:30am in the parking lot and I could hear every word perfectly. I could hear it so well it kept me up for an hour until they decided to leave. Also someone upstairs who walks with a very heavy foot you will hear often. 3) Super high step to get into the tub/shower. It's literally like a two-foot high step which is pretty awkward. Also the tub creaks and pops like crazy, it's very loud. 4) No ice cube trays and refrigerator had no ice maker. If you like to drink cold water I definitely recommend bringing bottled water to put in the fridge. The freezer did have two of those freezer mugs but they were awful and couldn't cool down anything we put in them. 5) TV remote control would stick when you press the down button so if you're trying to scroll through channels it would get stuck and just keep scrolling down. It was actually really annoying. I'm not one to complain usually but was honestly disappointed with this condo all in all. With some improvements like an actual decent mattress I would be willing to stay again but as it is I can't recommend.

When we walked in the actual facilty, It was clean and new looking. That feeling continued on to the condo. We felt right at home and it was so clean. So many amenities were provided including coffee which I forgot to bring. The pool was so nice and we were so close to everywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely stay here again.

We were able to use the stairs to access our third floor unit, but if one is handicap or was planning on using a stroller regularly this would have been an issue. We loved staying at this place. It was clean, accessible, and was all stocked. Some construction was being done, but my wife and I STILL LOVED the stay. The only recommendation would be curtains in bedroom, once the sun rises, you rise also. The riverfront is close by, which allowed us to do the riverboat and a few other Chattanooga attractions. We are already planning to come and stay at 307 again, WE LOVED IT!!! The stay was so amazing, my wife wants to move out our home for this place. We will be back soon!

I have never seen one this big - Spiderman on that huge screen was awesome. The apartment itself is clean, has all the basics you need, the staff is available, courteous, and friendly. I would say it fits 2 adults and 2 kids. If you visit Chattanooga TN, stop by this property.

My husband and I rented this property for an anniversary/babymoon long weekend getaway. The first night we got there we noticed there were a few ants in the bathroom and bedroom area. Since there were just a few we didn’t think too much about it and just ended up getting rid of the ants ourselves. The next morning there were a few more which caused a little concern, because the ants were obviously getting in somehow. We ended up getting ready and left for the day and came back that evening around 8/8:30. When we got back we noticed that it had become a full blown ant infestation. So we reached out to the property manager and she informed us that her assistant would be there the next morning between 8-9 to spray for ants. First of all I am 5 months pregnant, so I did not want to be exposed to any type of pesticide. Second of all, my husband and I were planning on sleeping in and having a relaxing morning before spending the day at rock city. Since the assistant was coming to spray for ants early in morning we could not do that. So, we got up and waited until 9 and nobody had shown up. I reached out to the property manager and did not get a response back until a few hours later. Luckily I was able to find her assistant’s phone number and I was able to reach out to him and he informed me that the store that has the ant spray did not open until noon. I informed him that I am 5 months pregnant and did not want to go back to the property until at least 4-5 hours after he sprayed to reduce the risk of exposure to pesticide. Once he was done spraying he let us know, so we ended up staying out a lot longer than we wanted to due to this inconvenience. There was no refund or even partial refund offered to us, so when we got home we reached out to VRBO customer service to see if they could do anything about the situation. The customer service representatives we were in contact with has reached out to the property owner several times and has left messages with no response! This whole process has been a nightmare! It has been almost a week since we’ve contacted customer service and they have still not gotten a response from the property manager. We will not be back.

Very clean apartment with everything you'll ever need - even the odd things like umbrellas, luggage stands, and saran wrap. We added a 10 pack of hangers because we like to hang all our clothes, but there are plenty of drawers. Bed was super soft, so if you like a firm mattress you'll find this one difficult. We would of loved a second nightstand, but overall our stay was very comfortable. The building door is a bit tricky since the QR code doesn't work, so skip right to the backup code provided. The parking was very close to the building and it was a great visit. Thanks for the beautiful accommodations!
