La vivienda estaba muy bien. Bonita y amplia..

El olor a humedad de una de las habitaciones. Horroroso. Puse ambientador y después de 10 días de estar allí seguía oliendo. La fregona que dejaron olía a podrido. Y los que se encargan del alquiler peor imposible. Les preguntabas algo y te contestaban al día siguiente, bastante antipáticos. El día anterior a irnos les pregunté si podíamos quedarnos tres días más y me contestaron al día siguiente que ya teniamos que salir. Para decirnos que no que estaba ocupada o. Menos mal que ya habíamos buscado otro sitio. Resumiendo, un apartamento muy chulo con muchas carencias. Ni champú ni gel ni nada de nada lo básico. No puedes estar en la terraza desde la una hasta que se va el sol porque hace un calor impresionante y la sombrilla está rota bueno como todas las de allí. En fin, si quisieran lo podrían tener perfecto.

Close to the beach, nice pool, new apartments

A bit far from Denia. No Public transport for the kids

Location was good about 2 miles from Denia centre, very close to a nice beach although not dog friendly. The local restaurant was closed due to a holiday so we had to drive for food and drink. There is a good local store about 5 minutes walk where you can get most things you may need and fresh bread. Overall a very good relaxing week's stay.

The outside furniture was fine but lacked some comfortable recling chairs

the apartment is ideal for a small family: a kitchen studio with a terrace and two bedrooms on the first floor, and a master bedroom with a huge balcony on the top floor. When you need you get privacy and silence or spend time altogether in a studio. A small and tiny pool just under your balcony. A sea with a good sand beach in 100 m. The apartment has all the necessary tableware and equipment we needed for 10-days stay. You can rely on photos - reality met our expectations)

No entertainment within walking distance. At least we took our car each time. But you will reach the centre of Denia in 15 minutes. So, it is not a big issue if you have a car.

Nice place to stay, nice apartment, perfect beach, nice pool, but further from the city, hard to get a taxi

perfect location, modern, pool top, beach very close and quiet!

Kitchen could be equipped better with some more bowls, containers to keep food in the fridge, spices like salt and pepper as nr a few more tablets for the dishwasher . it’s a wast to by these things in store and throw half of everything away.
