L'hotel a été à la hauteur de mes attentes! Très bien entretenu, on s'y sent agréablement bien et le personnel est vraiment professionnel et d'une immense gentillesse, le petit déjeuner est très bon. Un grand Merci à Mamadou pour son excellent accueil et son attention, ainsi qu'a Samba et Khoudia. Je recommande vivement et j'y retournerai avec plaisir!

L’hotel est tres bien et repondais a la plupart de mes criteres mais attention le restaurant ferme a 23h en cas d’arrivee tardive il faut commander a emporter ou en livraison dans un restaurant a l’exterieur.
Un room service de nuit avec un minimum, j’ai assiste a un client de l’hotel qui voulait acheter de l’eau vers minuit et ca n’a pas ete possible.

Impossible to sleep in a building site.
My room overlooked a building site that started at 0755 and carried on until midnight. I got no sleep over four nights. The staff seemed concerned but did nothing at all. Add that before arrival I had asked for a quiet room away from the lift, and they gave me the room nearest the lift overlooking the building site. I gave them three week's notice and got no consideration for my request, just a pathetic excuse about "front of house and back of house not communicating". Not interested. A hotel is first and foremost about sleep, so don't come here if you want any.

Everyone who worked there was so nice and friendly. The room was nice and comfy. I would definitely stay there again.

There was a communication barrier since i don't speak French but the Reception staff were conversant in English and tried their best to assist us. The meals were palatable and catered for all since i was from the Southern Region of Africa but enjoyed the meals.
I am not against animals anyhow but the keeping of Cats in a facility that caters for people of different tastes didn't go well with me especially that i am a health worker and understand that some people are allergic to animal fur.

the location was good due to the closeness to work.
stable internet, staff are very helpful and friendly.
the most decent dish on the menu is the coconut prawn soup. portions on the menu is superb!
breakfast not included, 11 euros for breakfast a bit steep with very limited options in the mornings. same thing over and over, gets boring if you staying more than 3 days.
housekeeping needs to do better the cleaning.

Hotel L’Adresse’s stylish decor highlights beautiful local art, the food is delicious (breakfasts are fantastic!), and the staff is over-the-top gracious and helpful. Interesting neighborhood to explore on foot, near the US and other embassies, good restaurants, and a bustling set of beach-side seafood spots popular with locals. We felt very welcome.

Early check ion possible, staff always very cheerful and helpful, the rooftop bar with a good view, the restaurant with good food and drinks, the bed, the free daily addition of two small water bottles.
Only after a proper complaint was a repeater made available to us and then the internet ran normally.
The WiFi internet access was very bad.

the property was gorgeous, the staff were exceptional and the rooms were comfy!
The only downfall about the stay was breakfast. They had zero hot food options, and no pastries outside of their cold crepe. Only toast, limited amount of fruits, cereal and tea and coffee. That would have been fine if they didn’t charge 7000cfa/pp for their light continental breakfast :-/
