Ruhig gelegen, fußläufig zum Zentrum, alles Notwendige für eine Nacht da, sehr! guter Bäcker mit Frühstück in der Nähe.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war nicht ganz einfach.

Top Ausstattung, sehr sauber, mit großem Wohnraum. 3 Tage geschäftlich in Feucht gewesen. In 10 Minuten Fußweg in der Innenstadt. Alles top, sehr zu empfehlen.

Habe für Freunde gebucht die zu Besuch waren. Alles perfekt. Mache ich gern öfter!

Wir haben am 19.09.23 die Wohnung gemietet und eine Buchungsbestätigung für den 23.09.23 - 24.09.23 erhalten. Sind gestern Abend aus Kroatien gekommen Wir wollten die Wohnung für eine Zwischenübernachtung nutzen. Sie war aber bereits anderweitig belegt. De Mieterin sagte, dass sie bereits vor Monaten die Wohnung gemietet hat. Wir waren entsetzt! Wir waren seit morgens mit dem Auto unterwegs, waren müde und erschöpft und konnten dort nicht übernachten! Wir haben sofort die Vermieterin angerufen. Sie sagte uns, dass es ein Systemabsturz bei Booking.com gab. Sie hätte uns versucht anzurufen, was aber nachweislich nicht stimmt. Auf die Schnelle konnten wir nirgends übernachten und sind dann die ganze Nacht durchgefahren, um nach Hause zu kommen!!! Nie wieder buchen wir dieses Apartment!!!
Wegen der Doppelvermietung war ein Aufenthalt nicht möglich!!!

I was traveling through Germany and this property was a perfect place to spend the night before continuing the journey. The value for money is excellent! The place is quiet and clean.

location, if you finally manage to find it, it’s pretty good if you are visiting Nuremberg fairs.
- there is no proper address on the booking
- owner don’t pick up the phone, luckily neighbors let us in…
- really small bathroom with a shower that you can barely fit in
- facilities described in the offer are not present (no kitchen, no ev charging)
in general I don’t recommend sleeping there!

I called the owner in advance and asked him if I could cancel the booking and get a refund and he informed me that it was ok. Now after so many reminders I have still not received any response from him and the refund as well.

No breakfast provided.
Bed smaller than usual. Cannot shut bedroom door. Bathroom very small matchbox. No room for toiletries. No fan so stifling hot in summer. Close to footpaths so cannot open windows for any breeze. Unnecessarily big sitting room.

Nice town, close to the highway, pleasant hosts and decent price, not far from city center, available parking space.
No kitchen appliances although we knew that coming in, the bedroom door couldn't be closed. Otherwise a great stay.

I tried to reach out to the host but was not reachable, fortunately I found the property that was not extremely well indicated in the instructions, next time maybe a photo would be better.

Good location. Free parking. Clean.
Host ignores messages that are being send to ask things.
Bedroom door can't be closed.
It says wheelchair accessible, but not true. Step to enter the house. Bathroom to small for wheelchair. Especially shower to small and with a border that prevents rolling into the shower. No handles in the bathroom to allow to pull yourself into the toilet.
Warm water pressure too low.
Bottom nozzle of the shower doesn't work.
Clean, but basic and for that quite overpriced.

Comfy Apartment with one bedroom but without kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Close to the shop’s and restaurants. Quiet area. Good place for staying on few days.

I was expecting to see an appartment, which means I needed kitchen, sink, stove and so on.just a clean room with tea maker.
