The house was spacious enough for our group of 10.

Was very disappointed as the kitchen and living room were not properly cleaned. The kitchen and downstairs bedroom bins weren't emptied. Therefore, there was a horrible smell when we entered (especially from the kitchen bin). Also the kitchen TV didn't work at all. The living room had lovely furniture. However, the cleaners didn't do a good job in cleaning. There was dust all over, a dead flower pot in the corner, and the rug had stains. We had to clean both the kitchen and living room for our baby to be able to play and crawl on the floors. We also promised a cot on arrival, but there was none. The parking permit wasn't available either. For such a big house, please can you consider issuing two permits as 10 people can't use one car.

We really enjoyed our time at the property and found it clean, comfortable and within a great location to explore the local bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Clean, spacious house, ideal for a family gathering, comfortable bedding (except 1 mattress), easy 20 min walk into the city centre

No parking permit sorted in time for our stay. Uncomfortably soft mattress in main double bedroom. Few finer details need sorting eg grubby exterior at front entrance, chipped mugs, less than 100% clean saucepans, dead lightbulbs need replacing.

The heating was fixing to 20 degrees.And it’s unable to change the temperatures.
