The cleanest hotel room ever. The room is well equipped and everything was fresh and clean. quiet environment . Great breakfast over all a great value.

I loved the view and the room

I was charged on booking and as well as the property- double charged. I contacted your location that said I would have to wait 7 days to call back even though both charges are no longer in a pending status and posted. if I do not have my refund from your company or booking.com once those 7 days arrive I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. This was an unexpected expense as is because our power was knocked out for 2 days because of a storm and we had no where else to go. if you are going to have a third party collect your charges then the communication should be better between companies.

The most integral part of the room which is the bathroom was not functional: The sink was non functional. Water was not going through the drain at all. I paid $200 and want to be reimbursed for $100 at least for the inconvenience. Nobody had done a pre checkin before allotting that room to us? And nobody was available to repair it either!
