Being double charged and still dispute it with my bank . Paid a 100 deposit and was told I was trying to get free money from them what should of cost 85o cost 1600.00 as yet to get money back

I booked a room with two beds for four people and they left me only 2 towels instead of four I had to go to the front office to ask for extra towels everyday even though I told them to let housekeeping know that we needed for towels.Secondly the breakfast needs improvement there was no hot meals no scrambled eggs sausage potatoes only a waffle maker and last but not least I can't believe that you guys give the best parking spots to your employees instead of your customers I stayed on room 100 right in front of the employee parking lot I had to walk like 400 ft to get to my room when there's parking right in front of my room they even told me that if I didn't find parking at the hotel that I could go park where the 18-wheeler trucks park,you guys should give preference to your customers not your employees they should park at the truck stop.

Room was a perfect temperature when we arrived. Bed was comfortable too..

The bed was "short" sheeted. Sheets were not tucked in or was there enough sheet to do so. Therefore, not able to keep sheets & blankets on top of us. Just a little inconvenient.

Location.

Blood was all over the phone within the room and the hotel staff refused to remove it or address it at all. Cleanliness was atrocious. There was hair in hairdryer, the bathtub was uneven and dirty/rusting, the microwave was filthy, the toilet was broken and moldy, and more. The staff refused to assist us when asked to relax.

bed was horrible, had big crater in the center and spent the night rolling into it or trying to not fall into it.

The room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast was a bit of a joke not even equating to a continental breakfast. Lots of construction so it was hard to know where to go to get to the property, would have been nice to get an email from the property prior to checkin date to advise on where to go.

Bed was very comfortable. The towels were the softest I have ever used. Very nice bathroom. Very clean. A/C worked well thankfully. Was very close to home. I stayed here for 6 nights due to our A/C being broken.

Room had just been remodeled so was missing a few things. No microwave.

The room I Reserved was trashed when I checked in, they hadn't cleaned it from the previous occupant, so we had to get another room. The new room's cable wasn't in service, and there were about 20 flys in it, and the pool had dirt all over the bottom of it. Also the smoke detector in our room looked like it had been dismantled
