It was close to the beach.

The bunk beds were not made for adults. Height was horrible.

Great location, right on the beach! Wonderful view!

The back door doesn’t close/seal properly so there is a solid draft that comes through constantly.

We liked the pictures online but never got to see the actual unit due to an access snafu. Booking this last minute trip was easy, the front desk staff and security seemed nice and truly wanted to help. The Evolve property management customer service team was very nice, competent, and followed through on their commitments.

Driving up to the property was disappointing. Ugly, older building in a ugly part of town (North Beach?). Checking in confirmed my suspicions about the property: heavy stucco walls with mismatched patches, low ceilings, small pool fenced off between unsightly building and parking lot (think of dodgy movie hotel), a chain link fence between property and beach, broken elevator, dark stairwell, coin operated laundry outside the unit’s door. Access is via a key and a deadbolt code. We got one, not both. The unit’s owner is out of state and she uses an out of state property management company with a 24 hour customer service team, and bookings are sold by third parties agencies like Booking.com. This can make problem resolution tricky. It did for ours. We had to find a hotel for the first night and ultimately decided to not go back.

we loved the way the owner had this one set up. it was styled extremely well ( very very good taste). everything worked and it’s far enough away from the noise but close enough to walk to the bar and party and walk back safety. the building itself was extremely under kept, not the unit we we’re in (it was 10/10 ) but literally the rest of the property was shady. we will definitely be renting from this place again every year only if we can get the exact same unit. best unit on north beach and she is extremely sweat and will answer any questions you have. do not look past this unit. you will be pleased if you have a fam of 4

The location is definitely the best feature of this property! Condo was clean, cute and easy to access.

Key cards stopped working on the beach access gates after the first day. Building is older and could use some TLC.
