The home is stunning and neighborhood is safe and beautiful. There were plenty of nice beach chairs provided to take down to the beach. The only thing that caught us off guard is the fact that there are large rocks all along the beach at the waters edge, and the beaches themselves are made mostly off shell pieces. Not the easiest to traverse for young children, but you can time entry into the water if you pay attention to tides and use boogie boards.

The house is beautiful. It was quite clean too. The views from the balcony are stunning. The pool was clean and had enough seating and shade for the entire family to enjoy. The bedrooms were spaced out well with much needed privacy, BUT the beds were "springy" making a good nights rest difficult. There were plenty of bathrooms for large groups. The location was perfect, as the property pools and grille were a few doors down. We contacted management twice and they were incredibly responsive. Be warned: the beach is deceiving. It is breathtaking, but not safe to swim due to the large boulders/rocks. We were looking for something off the beaten path, quiet and sleepy, and we found it at Cinnamon Beach!

Bathrooms need hooks to hang towels and some kind of shelve in the shower to hold shampoos and soaps.BarhmatesSeveral beds squeak terribly. When people are on vacation they spend a 1/3 of their time on a bed. Make it work.Several rails around the pool are off. Many screws seem to need tightened.Need more than one refrigerator for that many rooms. Possibly on pool floor or under bar for drinks.Hooks would be nice in closets.Needed batteries on door alarms by the pool. (pretty important)Need a Broom and dust pan in Kitchen. If you want people to keep it clean you better provide the resources to keep it clean. People don’t bring their own broom. Also need dish rags, Windex.😊There’s still a lot of construction materials around the house. Garage, patio.

Which made us question if we actually slept on clean laundry. Because if guests before us forgot to put the detergent, then laundry possibly was not properly cleaned. They provided plenty of linen, provided plenty of starter soap, dishwashing tablets and dish soap. This was greatly appreciated as we ended up having to make a 20 hr drive down due to flights being cancelled. The house itself is equipped with most everything you need in an vacation kitchen, they offered two sets of washer and dryers. The space to spread out and multiple floors was nice. We appreciated the elevator and close proximity to the beach (even with the pier for the house under construction) the view alone is priceless. Our (and we know it is personal choice) only issue was not being handicap accessible once in the house like we thought it would be.

There were some remnants of hurricane Ian that impacted our stay, but this was certainly not the fault of the home owner. The home is very nicely equipped to meet most of our needs and we found the layout and space very accommodating for our group of 5 adult couples. The 2 sets of washer/dryer was a plus for sure. The master suite is incredible with breathtaking views of the ocean and the sun rises every day were spectacular! The swimming pool is very nice, but there is no heater and it only gets a few hours of sun per day so it is very cold. However, the proximity to the community pool is just steps away and we found ourselves going to that pool more often. We had no issues during our visit and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great house and locationn

This house was great. Loved that it has an elevator. The only thing I noticed was there were only showers in all the bathrooms except the top floor which had a very deep soaker tub. If we had smaller children this may have been an issue. None of the showers had a ledge for placing shampoo or for shaving. My father almost slipped in the shower as there was nothing to hang onto and the floor was slick. We put a towel down and that helped. However, after saying all that this was the best vacation we have had! The house really is spectacular.

Amazing place to stay. Awesome layout and very clean. The kids loved the elevator! Location of the pool and the beach were everything we wanted! Would recommend.

The house is beautiful and we loved hearing the sounds of the ocean while inside the home. The view is amazing. The elevator light was not working until the maintenance man came to the rescue. There is no way to turn on the front porch light so that is a little dangerous if you are coming in after dark. There should be more kitchen towels and a dish cloth or brush to do the dishes with. A refrigerator in the garage would be great for a crowd of 13 or a small fridge in the bar area. Loved the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. Very close to the club house too and we all enjoyed that. Will definitely be back.

We rolled with it even though the new house didn’t have all the same amenities, like a hot tub. We were not offered any discount. When we arrived for the first night of our stay we immediately noticed issues beyond the lack of a hot tub. The house didn’t feel like anyone had prepared it for our arrival. First and foremost were safety issues- we arrived with 4 kids under 4 and none of the pool security alarms on the ground floor were enabled. My sister, who traveled from Oregon with her 2 & 4 year olds, was in tears the first night reliving the trauma of a friend who had lost a 2 year old in a drowning accident the year prior. Some of the alarms had dead batteries in them others just didn’t have batteries. Clearly no effort to ensure they were functional was made. Additionally I spent much of the evening crawling on the floor and rearranging furniture to get lamps connected to outlets so we would have lights. Meanwhile my husband spent his evening in the back yard trying to get the pool heater on so our elderly guests could enjoy it. Unfortunately it was a wild goose chase as we later found out the info book for the house stating the pool could heat to 104 was a lie and it actually belonged in another house. Right before bed we realized overhead lights in the stairwell to the 3rd floor were not functioning. Unfortunately my 75 year old mom had already fallen on them trying to get to bed, scraping & bruising her arm. We called on-site support of course who came the next day and addressed several things but not before our first night was ruined. The next day I got to spend 4 hours doing laundry bc the additional towels we werent provided to begin with came straight from the store with the tags still on. Vacationers- warning: book elsewhere. Not worth the hassle. Owners- reconsider who you trust to manage yo

The property was in a great location with great neighbors that gave us a good suggestions on places to eat. I would re-rent this location for our next trip to the area.
