Sedona is a place to enjoy, relax and be adventurous. We did all and had a wonderful base to enjoy before and after outings. We were only 3 adults so we had ample space indoors and out. All tools for meals were provided and we were able to prepare breakfasts and several dinners thanks to the grill on the patio. I highly recommend the home for its location, view and amenities for long or short stays.

Cleanliness was excellent, hot tub was very well maintained and clean, kitchen well stocked and organized! I appreciated that the checkout instructions were easy and not too elaborate, especially considering that there were fairly high fees on top of the initial rental price. One note for travelers, the two smaller bedrooms had (in my opinion) VERY stiff mattresses. Some in our party did not have an issue with this, but for me this was a bit of an issue for my back. Overall great experience here!

Beautiful clean house. Quiet neighborhood close to town and hiking trails. Enjoyed our morning coffee hanging out on the comfy couches enjoying the views. Perfect getaway.

The home was gorgeous and well maintained! Conveniently located, the back yard with hot tub was great, and the view of the red rocks out the front window was stunning. Would definitely stay here again. A few pieces of feedback - all of the towels that were hanging clean were damp when we got there. If there isn’t time to dry them fully between guests, may need to consider a second set. We also found some stray items from the last renter in the living room behind an ottoman that were missed in the cleaning process. Other than these things the house was in great shape!

We have stayed in rental homes for many years. This home is superior. A great place for a family - so spacious and beautiful. The kitchen is amazing with high end appliances and so many extras - a dream kitchen while on vacation. There is so much detail with labels for instructions about everything in the home. Loved staying in this home with beautiful views and a great location in Sedona.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. The only thing I would add to the property would be more trash baskets. The listing could have been more upfront and transparent as to the final cost, but I don't fault the homeowner for that.

Great place. Many thoughtful amenities. Hot tub was lovely. Very peaceful. Occasionally glitchy WiFi. Had a little trouble with door code at check it but got help quickly. Very responsive management. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful property (photos don’t do it justice) in a fantastic location. Property was very clean and included everything you need for a great family getaway. Location is close to shopping and hiking with a beautiful view from the backyard. Only downside was we could not stay longer because we had to get back to work.

We really enjoyed the house. The fresh flowers were appreciated (I love flowers). WE used the hot tub everyday! Overall we would definitely stay there again! Very quiet neighborhood, the park can get a bit noisy but it was tolerable. Our only glitch was all the maintenance folks showing up and not announcing they were there. We understand that services happen to the hot tub and lawn, but it would be great if they could knock on the door and let us know. We had a pool guy, lawn care and pest control on site unannounced and we weren't notified prior and it could have been extremely awkward. The owner was very quick to respond and handle. All was good and dealt with.

We loved the house, it was gorgeous. Very responsive management company. The quiet neighborhood was just what we wanted for New Years - they didn’t need to utilize the noise monitoring equipment installed in the house. Loved the new air purifier in the house - we sneezed whenever we went out of the house but not inside.
The kitchen is STOCKED - we made brownies, chicken dinner, etc. we had everything we needed for equipment and clean-up.
We star-gazed from the hot tub on a cool winters’ night. We had a flock of birds visit us every day that kept us entertained from the huge windows. We were treated to heat lamps outside of the master shower and instant hot water when turning on the tap. And we were close to everything we wanted to do in Sedona.
There are signs posted about keeping your shoes at the doors - a needed precaution with all the red dirt around Sedona - I would suggest you bring slippers or slides or house shoes when you stay.
I’ve read some reviews about this property and some have talked about the Queen beds. My teens stayed in those rooms and one said that their bed was too firm and the other said that their bed was too squeaky.
I stayed in the huge king bed and it was lovely.

We spend eight lovely nights visiting the Sedona area recently. This house is located in West Sedona close to multiple hiking areas, grocery stores and restaurants. For us this location was perfect. There were four adults in our party. Although there are three bedrooms, it was a perfect set up for us but would have been tight with six adults. The house was very comfortable and was beautifully decorated with contemporary southwest artwork throughout. Everything was well organized and the kitchen was clearly marked as to where to put things after they were used. Check out was simple and only required basic clean up. When and if we come back to visit, we would definitely consider staying at this place again.

Beautiful clean property in a great location for exploring Sedona and the surrounding area. There is a beautiful park (Posse Grounds Park) within walking distance with great trails and scenic views. We hiked, my husband ran trails and we made the four hour trip to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon to watch the sunrise. The house has a lovely outdoor seating area with a easy to use, clean hot tub. We sat outside every evening star gazing. The house is decorated with a south west vibe and includes new appliances, comfortable seating and bedding. My husband and I enjoyed the ample room but three couples could easily stay here and not feel cramped. Having stayed at many homes in the US and Europe this has moved to the top of the list for comfort and location.

My two daughters, SIL and I decided on a trip to Sedona because my husband had passed some months prior and we didn’t want to take our yearly beach vacation. Sedona is absolutely beautiful and the house was nice-looking as well. We were happy to find a lot of extra amenities that other houses don’t provide, such as paper plates, towels, etc.
However, two issues did come up. On the day before we were supposed to leave, there was a leak in the garage. We called the office immediately and “Dave” came over to inspect. Dave is, I believe, an art of the property management team and NOT a plumber. Since he couldn’t fix it, he called a plumber. The plumber could not come on that day, a Saturday, we were told and also told it was a more involved repair.
We did not have hot water most of the day Saturday and the next day, Sunday, the day that we were checking out. This meant, no showers or other personal cleansing that was needed.
I asked “Dave” if we would receive any sort of refund. I was told “I’m not sure”, “probably not”, “these things happen” and “we usually don’t”but to call “Danielle” the next day (I believe that was her name) to discuss. The following day I texted “Davel to make sure I had the correct name and he did not reply to my text. I then called the office and left a message. No call returned. I then left another message and again, no return call.
I find this very unprofessional and frustrating.
I also found two roaches in the home which I do have photos of.

We left today after a 3 night stay here for Easter weekend. Location is outstanding and we were glad to be in West Sedona. The house was perfect. Stocked, clean, thoughtful are words that come to mind. We have 2 kids and everyone loved it. We will seek out this rental next visit.

Quail Run Retreat is an excellent home in a quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. We chose this house based on its location, beauty, all on one floor and access to local recreational activities. The kitchen was wonderful to work in, the living room was very comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. We enjoyed the gas fireplace too! Finally, this house is in impeccable condition.

This place was amazing! It had everything we needed for a family of 4. The views from the house and neighborhood were amazing. Location is great. We did several hikes that were less than 2 miles away. The main road with super markets and restaurants were right at the bottom of the hill, again less than 2 miles (my adult kids walked to the Whole Foods). Check in was easy. Highly recommend!

Best experience with VRBO yet! Amazing home and location. Well stocked kitchen with everything and then some to cook a feast. Great amenities like games, chairs, cookers, etc provided. Super easy check in and check out. Cool views. Super clean. Hope to stay there again.
