It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
There was some loud music playing fairly early on Saturday morning. We were getting up but could have been annoying if we had wanted a lie in.

It was extremely spacious and clean. The location was perfect
The only thing it needs is more glasses. The kitchen was well equipped but there were only 4 drinking glasses and 2 wine glasses. We were a party of 5

spacious - quiet at night - bright-fairly clean-very secure -
cobwebs around fire place -inside oven rusty trays an took photos of them too. no coffee percolator or one cafetière ! allergic to soluble coffee hence can’t use their provided sachets .
- no units /shelves in the bathroom to tidy toileteries - and no Hooks behind door for dressing gown or clothes - no quilts or thick blankets on the bed . place cold as we arrived would be good to
make
it warmer before arrival. staircase very steep and slippery when raining . could do with grip tape for safety .

Lovely, comfy & roomy apartment, close to the city centre with plenty of parking.
Entrance to the property via metal gate & staircase (was slightly awkward with my elderly Mum staying with us).

Very comfortable and smart, looks like it has been refurbished fairly recently. Secure entrance and private car parking (could easily fit 4+ cars). Very good value and was located in the part of Norwich we wanted to be (to go out in the city and drive to UEA). Very good communication from the landlords. Quiet at night.
Fairly steep external stairs were fine for us but wouldn't suit everyone.

A beautiful apartment, spacious and comfortable. Great location about 10min walk into centre. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were beautifully decorated. Kitchen well equipped. Everything you need for a night or two in Norwich.
Nothing to dislike. Although it's in small industrial area and from the outside doesn't look much, once inside its amazing. We stayed at weekend and it was quiet and very private.

The property was clean and a good size for the 4 of us. Good location for accessing the coast.
The stairs to access the property are a fire escape so not really good for older people or small children. Would have been good to have tea towels and oven mitts in the kitchen.

The interior of the apartment is lovely - very spacious and comfortable.
The narrow gateway and steep metal staircase are not for the faint-hearted. But once inside everything is very nice. There was a problem, however, that the TV just stopped working on the second night and there was no way to do anything to it to try to fix it - it was not even possible to unplug it and the manual was no use.

Parking behind the apartment. Excellent value for the number of beds. Comfortable dinning chairs and sofas. Brilliant shower!!
The street is not a residential street and the inhabitants of Norwich are obviously not aware an apartment is there. Constant heavy and speeding traffic at night (weather was very warm so windows had to be open). Two dumper trucks unloading blast outside from one to the other at 5am SUNDAY! Morning...literally 1.5m from the window. Not ideal and sleep was hindered, but price was reasonable so along as you're aware. Also access is via a very steep external staircase which may be problematic for some.

Instructions how to unlock and lock the front door would have been very helpful, we found it very confusing (which way to turn the key, whether to lift handle up or down etc)

A couple of friends went to Norwich and had a great stay, the property was clean and we looked after.
15 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants perfect for our child free trip!

The apartment was spotless and so well furnished with everything we could ask for in the kitchen and other rooms. It was a three bedroom apartment but we were only two people so only used one bedroom. The living/dining room was great, bright, well furnished and comfortable. The managers, represented by Lucy, was responsive and helped us out with a few questions. The location was close to the centre of town and we walked everywhere.
The WIFI reception was poor and slow, but we found that situation throughout Norwich. The heating went on and off so sometimes it was quite cold (we had snow on the last morning). The immediate location off Barn road was dreary, with few stores or groceries.

Spacious and comfortable apartment. Easy access to buses into the city. We liked the cooking facilities.
As we were travelling finding there was no hairdryer available was disappointing. We would have paid a deposit for a hairdryer. It was not clear in the information that the bins were outside under the metal stairs.

Really nice, spacious property. Great wifi and main TV options. The secure parking space was super handy as we travelled with work equipment. Great value.
The large parking area could be landscaped to provide a seating area. The staircase to the property was steep and not very safe for little ones or elderly. No en suites, which would be handy especially if all 6 beds were taken. Some shopping bags would be handy for when we popped over to the nearby Farmstore.
