The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The bar and breakfast areas were nice (smart, clean and tidy). The choice of breakfast was more than I expected. I couldn't resist going for a full English breakfast, toast, and a cafe latte. The rooms were larger than I expected, and well-appointed for the price. The only issue we had was the extractor fans were not working in the bathrooms. Everything else was great and I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn Norwich Airport :)

The extractor fans were not working in the bathrooms (we stayed for 2 nights in two different rooms 7 days apart). This meant the bathroom got so steamy while taking a shower or bath it was like a sauna. The mirrors in the bathroom are unusable unless you constantly keep wiping away all the condensation. The other problem is odor-related. If number 2 nature calls and you leave an embarrassing smell, it will linger for a very long time due to having no extractor fans :( not an ideal situation if you are sharing the room with your partner, family, or friend.

Lovely breakfast, plenty of choices. Pool and nice relaxing bar. Excellent staff and service from reception to restaurant, especially the Manager.

Quiet location, pleasant staff, easy check-in and out, hot plates during breakfast, water (including infused with lemons and orange) in the reception almost all day, wifi worked without disruptions. Liked that they had a pool (though we did not end up using it due too much i had doing- but i won't forget for next time)

We got a room set up with special needs facilities - which we did not request. My kids did not enjoy using the shower as water was everywhere; it was messy. The lifts gave the impression that one might get stuck as they were slow, and the buttons had to be ptrssed several times.

The staff was helpful and polite. The room was big enough for a a family. The sofa bed was uncomfortable.

The gym was absolutely in shambles. The weights and rods were rusty. Not modern at all. The swimming pool was also not clean.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast food was very good.

Our room had a number of different light bulbs not working. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Everything was very convenient. It was genuinely dog friendly. We were located in a room on the ground floor very close to the garden which was great as we had our dog with us. The courtyard garden was a generous size. The disabled parking was very close to the door. No long walks. We could open the window. Always great to have fresh air as opposed to aircon. Breakfast room was pleasant with a variety of seating areas. Also with sun lounge area for dog. The pool was well run and a good size. It was very handy location for north Norfolk. The park and ride also very convenient.

I could say it lacked character as a building but practicality and convenience were our main priorities and it delivered on both. There were areas around the pool building which could have benefited from a freshen up with decor, ie damp patches on walls and roof.

Price, was a little too expensive 4 night nearly 500 pounds.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excelent and large portions. Everywhere was very clean and although quite busy there was plenty of space. Also although right next to the airport, was very quiet. Only heard two planes over the whole week we were there.

The quilt was not big enough for the bed. It was exactly the same width as the bed. Needs two armchairs in bedroom if staying for a week. Hated the 'ipad' ordering system in the restaurant. The staff were helpful but how can you all look at the menu to see whats on offer. It takes ages to scroll through everything, choose each item and pass to the next person and then check over everything at the end to see if it's correct. You need interaction with the staff to get advice on certain items, portion size and if you want something different. Staff make you feel special, this system does not. Sadly this is taking over from people's jobs. You need paper menu's on the table so all the party can look and decide together.

Food was over priced for a family

Room nice size, bed comfortable and nice walk in shower though the tap came off!

The family room. The window didn’t close and my husband had to fix it because the music from the party was too loud. The toilet didn’t flush well at all. The sofa bed mattress is far too thin. Breakfast was too expensive for us to dine in.

there was an issue with the air conditioning/heating system there was a picture of a spanner on the control as of it needed servicing and was blowing hot air all night was boiling this was reported to reception also the sink in the bathroom the ceramic sink was all cracked and chipped again we reported this.

Breakfast was very good and met our needs mostly. The only thing our daughter would have like is a little more choice of fruit but that is a minor thing.

Needed more dinner choice and at a better price. we decided not to have dinner there in the end as there was nothing that our kids really liked that much and it was a bit expensive.

Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Facilities were brilliant and very clean room. Not a bad word to say about the hotel.

We were staying for a swimming competition at Sportspark, so was great to be able to have an early breakfast. Rooms were clean and tidy. Food was good

Tip added to food bill in evening despite the fact you don’t really have any contact with staff, everything is ordered from your table on a tablet. Food was expensive, but was very nice
