Breakfast Continental-but more than i could eat location was good for me re why I there and it close to pontyclun town centre re facilities etc Really a place for just one person I feel and just overnight rather than 2/3 days

Could not get wi-fi to work-but my fault lousy pc user !!

Breakfast was good value, more than I could manage, Bed very comfortable, I slept all night, host extremely welcoming

Shower not powerful enough, and to help Sian ,put a light around the house number

Nothing the lady charged me for 2 nights but when she realised were a same sex couple she asked us to leave on the first night and is nor refusing to refund the booking

Lovely clean and compact room. Sky TV and kettle also in room with tea, coffee etc which was really nice. Fluffy towels. Lush pillows Private bathroom across hallway.

I would have liked a lock on bedroom door. Sofa bed abit uncomfortable but fine for 1 night.

Nice little room with everything one needs. Worth every penny. The wife and I loved it here. Train station is right on the doorstep.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The sofa bed wasn't for me but only because I have a back problem.

Sian gave a warm welcome. The room on offer is in the family home, drive-facing, with a sofa bed, Wifi and TV plus tea/ coffee, bathroom just across the hall. It is a simple room at a budget price, so fair enough!,

Friendly thoughtful hostess. Very quiet location, Easy access to a lot of Cadw sites and train to Cardiff, Real milk for tea and coffee. Friendly neighbours. Nearby park. Really good value for money.

As it says on the label, it is a little cubby hole, so sofa bed was comfy but narrow and nowhere to hang clothes (an armchair and a narrow tallboy are not good substitutes). Kettle was not cordless (a pet hate of mine). Bathroom is across a hall (although sealed off by frontdoor and door to rest of house) one feels vulnerable crossing from bedroom -so keep a good modest bathrobe handy!
