早餐丰富，他们家的环境我非常喜欢，二楼空间什么都有，主要是有热水壶可以随时有热水喝，这点对我非常重要，中途我去了瓦尔帕莱索玩，还把行李箱放在旅馆，去机场方便。
洗澡的热水器有问题，热水不热。

The upstairs room was quite hot, it was in the high 80's.

When I received the room, I was very surprised that there were no windows or ventilation in the room. When I began to choke at night from lack of air, I had to get up and open the door to the hall to ventilate my room. Such a construction of a family hotel made a negative impression on me, probably the animals in shelters have better conditions.

Cuando recibí la habitación, me sorprendió mucho que no hubiera ventanas ni ventilación en la habitación. Cuando comencé a ahogarme por la noche por falta de aire, tuve que levantarme y abrir la puerta del pasillo para ventilar mi habitación. Esta construcción de un hotel familiar me causó una impresión negativa, probablemente los animales en los refugios tengan mejores condiciones.

La señora Sandy es muy amable y especialmente el Hostal está absolutamente pulcro y resplandeciente de limpio. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto y ella misma te puede llevar. Si estás en el aeropuerto, es prefereible que tomes un taxi ($20) o un Uber ($15) para llegar porque sino te cobra la ida y vuelta. En la sala-cocina hay todos los implementos necesarios y en el baño puedes contar con shampoo, acondicionardo hasta con pasta de diente, en caso de que no lo lleves. 100 puntos!
Le hice sólo una sugerencia para mi cuarto de subir el espejo vertical un poco más hacia arriba porque soy de estatura alta y no me podía ver completo.

The hostel is very near the airport. It's clean and comfy, and the staff was friendly overall. Good value for money if you're staying just a few days.
It's far from the city centre, so no ideal for those who are staying longer. The neighbourhood is very simple, with not many facilities nearby. It was hard to regulate the temperature of the shower too.

Really appreciated the flexibility with late check in and early check out, and the ability to book an airport transfer.

The location is relatively close to the airport which was the reason for my choice.

Clean room and good breakfast; free supply of cool boiled water (from the water dispenser).

The hostel was secure with locks on the front door and main gate.
While there are a couple of shops near the hostel, I had to walk > 10mins to the main street where the cafes and restaurants were located.

Friendly, helpful staff. Close to airport. Excellent value. They arranged transportation to the airport for 15000 CLP and woke up at 3am to make me breakfast and help me get in the taxi!!!

The owners made us welcome from the start. They lent us their Metro cards and gave us good advice on how to use the system.
Breakfast is self service and simple and easy to access.

Great location for airport transfer. Owner Sandy is very helpful and kind, she helped us out with a burocratic issue that required quite a bit of selflessness on her part. Recommended!

Very good place if traveling with pet. Place is very clean and they are very responsive.

We felt like at home, the owner is very friendly and welcomed us warmly. The room all wooden is really nice and cozy. The bathroom is spotless and the shower very hot. Good breakfast too. We happily recommend to stay here. If we didn't had a plane to catch, we probably would have stayed longer!
The only downside is the thinness of the walls, depends on your neighbors..!

Wonderful place, excellent for us who where staying a few nights in between flights. Very close to the airport. Super comfortable beds and very clean facilities, in a beautiful and unique house. Exceptional hostess who attended to our every needs. The breakfast was super great and had everything we needed, super convenient since we arrived late at night and didn't have time to buy anything on our way to the hostel.
