Loved the property and facilities.

The place is spacious for my group of 10 ppl. It’s clean, nice quiet neighborhood. It’s in a great location, close to supermarkets and the mini golf course.

It’s quite hot upstairs, had to turn on air conditioning all day. The duvets are also too thick for the summer.

We had no hot water until Saturday night at 11 pm… when we had to check out the next day…. I’ve contacted the place the booking is through and yet to receive any response about it for compensation or something. The property manager is meant to get in contact and that is yet to happen. There was also a lot of cockroaches around the property that were mostly dead

Tattletails Rest was the perfect venue for our group of friends to catch up. There were 10 of us, beds were comfy and there were 3 bathrooms! Living area was expansive and was easily able to accommodate us all.

Really clean, good lighting, spacious, a really nice atmosphere and vibe for the whole family. Great location and really nice views from the balcony.

The rooms upstairs were too hot! There is an air con in the living room, which is good. But the 3 bedrooms upstairs was around 28 degrees at night, even opening the windows didn’t help. On cooler days, this wouldn’t be an issue. But during summer, it definitely can be uncomfortable to sleep at night.

It was a lovely home away from home for a large family gathering! Highly recommended!! Overall, very comfortable and with great aspect. It is in a new suburban development surrounded by nice houses. The location is very convenient for activities in Whitianga as well as access out of it, and very close to supermarkets too. The property was also clean as when we arrived.

Two fans are not sufficient for five bedrooms, some of us couldn't sleep well on some of the nights because it was too hot! No bin liners in any of the bathroom rubbish bins was very inconvenient and not in keeping with the overall standard of keep. Also, some fumigation may be in order. Bachcare emailed us the wrong code for the keypad and while the helpline lady was quick to identify the problem and provide us the correct code to be able to access the house, the correct code was never messaged to us and so we had to call them again at checkout so that the key could be securely returned!
