The location was perfect for our activities downtown and along Colfax. My girlfriend and I checked in to the room, brought our bikes with us, parked our vehicle at the rental, and rode around downtown until it was time to go to bed. We biked back and managed to avoid all the traffic from a nearby event that was slowing down all the roads.
Honestly not much. We weren't there for very long (one night) and we got everything we needed from the stay there. We just needed something close by, reasonably affordable, and secure to stay after our date night in Lakewood.

Very nice area to walk to some restaurants/ bars or busstop to downtown. The house is very calm, cool (AC) and well organized. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the porch in the backyard. Room is spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and never occupied when we needed to use it.
Simple beds, ok, but not super comfortable.

The room was bigger than I expected and the bed was very comfortable! It's in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance from a cute shopping street. Loved my stay there and will definitely be back.

Lagre room in Quiet and Clean Place in a residential area.
Being a TV slave I missed being able to Watch a big box, but the internet was good. Not walking distance from the Center of Denver , but bus 32 ( going to Union Station ) was a 8 minute walk away.

Location was fantastic. Cute neighborhood in Tennyson> Clean property, Wonderful Host - came to greet us> gave us many suggestions for places to eat> friendly. House was super clean and well put together.
Our private queen room could have used a full length mirror.

The space is great -- quiet, very clean, great amenities. Our room had an air conditioning unit which really helped cool off the room at night. The backyard space is also so nice and quiet. It feels more like an AirBnb than a hostel! It was the perfect spot for a weekend trip.
The beds weren't the most comfortable.

The ideal stay - well maintained house in a good neighborhood. Bed was very comfortable and common area was clean and accessible.
Couldn’t figure out the hot water in the shower. But it was summertime so I only used cold water anyway.

Friendly owner. Spotless. Great location -- 9 minute drive to Museum of Contemporary Art downtown, 7 block walk to lots of restaurants. Strong wi-fi... it maxed out my phone, even inside my car across the street! Pleasant neighborhood: nicely maintained homes and yards, families with young kids. I will definitely come back!
My room was pretty warm: no AC, just fans... though it's July and hot outside. (The main part of the home was cool.) I was glad I had my own bath soap and shampoo; they aren't supplied, though I got a very nice towel. We take shoes off at the door (which keeps the place clean!), but the floors are shiny and could be slippery... you might want to bring some slippers with tread on the bottom or some of the "grippy" socks they give you in a hospital.

Location is great. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Neighborhood is amazing. Homes are an eceltic mix of historic craftsman, utilitarian, modern and more.
