We had a great time during our stay. The owners were very welcoming. The amenities were very much appreciated especially the farm fresh eggs! The decorating of the guest house was very cute with the blueberry theme. Fresh flowers from the flower garden were beautiful around the house. We found plenty to do in the area and nearby towns. The pool was very refreshing after the heat of the day. Amy's fresh baked blueberry-lemon muffins were excellent! We also really enjoyed the tour of the farm in the surrey. We look forward to returning to this guest house in the future.

This place was a great place for us to spend time together!! It so quiet & peaceful. Ellicottville was just a short drive away. The house had everything you would need. The homemade lemon blueberry muffins were absolutely amazing!! The flowers on the farm were beautiful & fresh lilac flowers in the bedrooms made it smell so good!! Definitely hope to go back!

If you're looking for some quiet downtime, you'll find it at this beautifully decorated guest house. The view from the picture window is spectacular. (Plantings beneath the window attracted hummingbirds throughout the day.) The kitchen has everything you could need by way of dishware, cookware, cutlery and small appliances, and there were plenty of bath linens provided for our two-night stay. The grounds and pool are well maintained, and the flower garden is worth the short walk to get there. This is a fantastic property with great hosts and we hope to book another stay!

This property is an absolute jewel!!!! This was our 2nd time staying and it was incredible! Amy & Beth are impeccable host's and they keep the house immaculate. Staying during blueberry season was a wonderful experience. We loved picking berry's and getting to experience Beth's gorgeous flower patch was a bonus for sure. Everything about the home is perfect. The beds are perfect. The linens are delightful. It has a nostalgic charm that I truly love. They think of everything when preparing the home. We will absolutely go back again. If you don't stay you are really missing out!! Thank you Amy & Beth for an incredible visit.

My daughters and grandchildren joined me to celebrate my birthday at this beautiful and peaceful guesthouse. The hosts are extremely hospitable and the house is very clean and airy. Even though the weather wasn't perfect we still enjoyed the pool and the property. Many puzzles were completed and wonderful bonding. Ellicottville is not very far and we enjoyed a trip for dinner. Not a place to be skipped!

We loved our stay at the blueberry farm! Amy and Beth were amazing hosts and made us feel so welcome! My husband, I and our two young sons stayed for a week and loved relaxing and spending time together. Amy & Beth made us fresh blueberry lemon muffins for breakfast and they were delicious. The guest house was so clean and beautifully decorated! They did not miss any detail to ensure their guests have a comfortable stay. Although some may not care, the bedding was great quality and so comfortable and the water for the shower was always extra hot! These are 2 things that are usually hard to find! The kitchen was also well stocked with all of the cookware we needed. Highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be going back!

We had the most wonderful stay at Burdick Blueberry Farm! The property was just beautiful and so peaceful! We had a busy schedule with sightseeing the weekend we stayed, but would have loved to just have a day to relax and enjoy the beauty of the property. The hosts are beyond kind and attentive to any questions or needs that you have. Amy made us the most delicious lemon blueberry muffins! The house was spotless, decorated beautifully, and had everything we could have possibly needed to make it a great time away! Thank you, Amy and Beth for your kindness! We absolutely loved our stay at Burdick Blueberry Farm. Amy and Beth were gracious and welcoming hosts, and clearly put a lot of effort into little details that made our stay special and memorable, from warm blueberry biscuits gifted to us by Amy in the morning, to a S’mores kit set up for the fire pit at night. The home is lovely, exactly as described. We would stay here over and over again.

We found the Burdick Blueberries farm property to be absolutely perfect! Cleanliness, comfort and charm were all top notch. Our family used it as a weekend stay to enjoy some skiing at Holiday Valley (easy 20 min. commute).

Beautiful place that the pictures do not do it justice. We went us to fish for Steelhead, but the river was little low so fishing was below average. We enjoyed staying at the farm, which is a blueberry farm, with 30,000 plants. Bedroom and very nicely done and two have private bathrooms. Loved sitting out side and drinking wine and watching the sun set. Kitchen works just fine, if you want to cook. There are multiple towns within 15 minutes to drive to for restaurants. Loved walking around the farm and just enjoying the beautiful of the place. Will return.

This place is perfect! The home is clean and I loved how it's decorated. Everything you need is there just bring groceries so you don't have to leave. Amy and Beth are so kind and welcoming. Amy made blueberry lemon biscuits for us that were DELICIOUS! Staying at this property was so wonderful we booked our next trip back as soon as we got home!!! The beds are so comfortable and the view from the living room is priceless. You're missing out if you don't stay there!!!

A beautiful place to spend with friends or family! So very cozy and tastefully decorated! We absolutely loved the personal touches Amy and Beth have added to their guest house. It was very easy to feel right at home!

Exquisite
This was our first experience at staying at Burdick Blueberry Farm. We drove down from New York City for almost six hours and we were absolutely thrilled with everything we found in the house, property, and hosts. I would like to emphasize our remarks on the hospitality of the hosts. We were very pleased with how they took the time out of their busy day to prepare absolutely amazing and delicious blueberry muffins, showed around the farm, and told us more about the local community. Inside the guest house we were pleased by their incredible attention to every little detail; from the warm interior to fresh flowers in bedrooms. The guest house was equipped with everything that could be possibly desired. We highly recommend this place for families wishing to experience an amazing stay in upstate New York!

Amazing property and hosts
We loved our time at the blueberry farm and our hosts were so kind. We were treated to a truck ride around the property and walked through the lovely flower garden. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and delivering us delicious muffins. Would definitely return!

I visited the Burdick Blueberry Farm before booking. Such an unbelievably awesome setting, with EXCEPTIONAL HOSTS! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in a very well appointed setting. Close to civilization while being absolutely immersed in a million dollar setting. Thank you Amy & Beth! ladies weekend at the Blueberry farm
Above excellent, so much detail and care is put into this property it was amazing. every area was given such thought. The decor, equipment, comfort, friendliness, supplies, warmth, all of it we will go back joyfully. And hopefully the weather will cooperate with us this next visit. It rained the most of the time we were there, but it did not dampen our spirts !

Slice of Paradise
My wife, 20 month old daughter, and I had the most relaxing and tranquil weekend at Burdick Farm. Amy and Beth were so helpful throughout our stay - they responded quickly to any questions via text message, whether to suggest a specific row of berries we should check out, or to pull out the charcoal grill for our family cook out, and at the same time, were very respectful of space and did a lot to make us feel like we had the place to ourselves.
The farm is absolutely beautiful - rolling acres of trees, hills, and a breathtaking landscape; a view just as beautiful in the fresh morning sun as in the evening. The gardens, pool, fire pit, and surrounding property are very well maintained. The home itself is very clean and neatly furnished; comfortable beds and very nice linens, and the refrigerator is stocked with milk, cream, farm fresh eggs, and butter. Plenty of coffee, tea, and pantry items provided as well.
We look forward to making this an annual family trip, especially as our young family grows.

Wonderful hosts in an idyllic family setting
I can't say enough good things about this property and the hosts, Amy and Beth. It exceeded any expectations I had from the listing. The house itself is very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was stocked with sufficient equipment for us to prepare several meals. The beds are excellent, with high quality linens. The bunk house was perfect for my 8 and 11-year old boys. The view from the living room, out over the blueberry fields, is like something out of a dream.
The property is such a wonderful place to spend time. There are multiple areas where a family can sit and talk, eat, etc. The fire pit has comfy seats and an abundance of kindling and wood. The pool is perfect. And the blueberry fields are right there, heavy with berries. Being out in the field in the early morning, picking some berries to eat with your breakfast...it was like a dream.
Amy and Beth went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They brought out their croquet set so we could play a family game. They sent my boys on a hunt to find "the largest blueberries" and marked a spot with some contenders. They were always very responsive and present, but not in a way that felt intrusive.
And for those people who need more activity, Ellicottville (a resort town with many nice restaurants and shops) and Holiday Valley (a resort with both winter and summer activities) are a short drive away.
For our trip, it was just my wife and I, our two boys, and my mother. But the house could comfortably hold two small families. I'll be keeping this house in mind for future trips. I feel very lucky to have found it and stayed there.

Weekend Wedding
My husband and I had our wedding here and it was the best experience ever. They were so sweet the whole time! It is a beautiful property and we can’t wait to come back and stay every year and pick blueberries every year! We will also be suggesting them to everyone and anyone!

Wonderful getaway
My husband and I rented this guest house for a week with our three daughters for spring break in early March. We were so happy with our stay. The accommodations were charming. Beth and Amy thought of everything a guest on a quiet property would need to feel welcome and added many thoughtful touches from the eggs, milk, bread, coffee, tea and cream to family games and puzzles, books, a well supplied kitchen, cookbooks, yoga mats, and maps for hiking the property. Good bath products, spare toothbrushes, etc. Wish there had been more snow to enjoy the cross country trails in addition to the property walks too. Beds are super comfy and the views are beautiful. Our girls enjoyed the sleeping “cabin” too. Location was great for downtime and easy access to Ellicottville and ski resorts. We skied, hiked the Allegheny National forest, spent a day at US Niagara and some time in Ellicottville. Loved hearing about the history of the family farm too. We will book again without hesitation- next time in blueberry season! Oh yes, Amy and Beth delivered the most delicious blueberry biscuits warm from the oven one day too.

Perfect Winter Escape!
My family and I happened upon this adorable guest house on a blueberry farm within a 15 minute drive to the Holiday Valley ski resort. What a find it was! The guest house had 2 very comfortable bedrooms (the master bedroom had a temper-pedic bed and we slept so soundly!), plus there was a really fun and adorable bunk house that slept 3 more. The home was stocked with everything we needed, and the owners were so sweet to leave fresh cream, butter, sugar, organic milk and bread for us to enjoy. They also made us the MOST amazing blueberry lemon muffins on our last day, delivering them to the guest house - they were freshly baked and still warm! Such thoughtful touches throughout the home, including a s'mores kit for the firepit outside, plenty of family games, high quality bath amenities, coffee, tea and hot cocoa, and more. The main living area looked out onto the bueberry farm and we saw deer in the distance and the sun setting. Just a truly lovely property with truly lovely owners. Make sure to say hi to their friendly dog Abby when you visit! We look forward to returning for another ski adventure!

Amazing Gem
You cannot find a more homey shared property in Ellicotville. We went skiing nearby at Holiday Valley and it was always a pleasure to wake up in this cabin and a relief to come back here after a long day on the slopes. I hope to come back during blueberry season!

Warm, cozy, welcoming guest house, fully equipped and many extras...coffee, tea hot cocoa, milk, eggs, butter, bread, sugar, half and half, all paper products and linens, soaps. Super comfy, beautiful grounds, trails for all abilities, fire pit with wood and smores kit! We took walks, played rummy, did jigsaw puzzle, read, painted rocks, hung out and spent quality time together.

The owners were amazing ! The property was gorgeous!
The owners and property was amazing from start to finish . They had the fire pit ready for us to have a fire every night , made us homemade blueberry biscuits and gave us a tour of the property before we left .They left us not needing anything inside the guesthouse from teas , coffee, organic eggs , flowers , toiletries . We highly recommend them and will be back !

Relaxed vacation
Kids enjoyed. Amy was very flexible and also let us use her golf cart for a fun drive in her farm which kids loved. Overall a very good relaxing family vacation.

Total Relaxation
My husband and I were looking to get away and unwind for a weekend and we sure did pick the right place. The Guest House at Burdick Blueberry Farm was so cozy and comfortable! The special things, like fresh flowers placed throughout the house were wonderful. The beautiful views, walking trails and pool were just what we needed to forget about the day to day grind. Our host Amy was very nice and more than accommodating. Amy took us on an ‘open truck’ tour of the farm when we got there so we knew where everything was and answered all our questions about the farm and blueberries. We woke up on our last day to homemade blueberry lemon biscuits, yum! We hope to go back again for a visit, maybe during blueberry picking season so we can take some of those delicious berries home.

Great property, very clean, short drive to Ellicottville. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the outdoor activities offered at the property but would certainly return to do so. Amy was great to deal with it makes outstanding blueberry muffins.
