The decor is old fashioned but the posted pictures are accurate. The condo was clean but could use a really deep cleaning and new carpet. One of the AC units broke while we were there and the property manager responded quickly, although a technician was not available until the next day. We were very pleased with our stay in 2602.

The location of the property is incredible and so are the views! There was plenty of room for our family of five and the unit was clean aside from multiple stains on the carpet. The bedroom with the two king beds gets pretty warm on hot days and the ac isn’t able to keep up. We had to use a fan (that was in the unit) to try to push cool air into that bedroom. There seemed to be a wet spot on the carpet and that room got pretty humid. The curtains do not block out the sun so if you want to sleep in I’d bring an eye mask. The bedroom with the two twin beds doesn’t have a typical door, it has three doors that slide individually to close off the room; that room gets warm when the doors are closed as well. There are no windows in this room. The blinds in the primary room do not provide any darkening from the sun either. My biggest complaint are the skillets that are provided; they are awful - everything sticks to them and they are almost impossible to get clean. I understand that renters are abusive to pans and not wanting to provide expensive pans but these are unacceptable. Again the view is spectacular and if you aren’t planning to make breakfast and want to rise with the sun you will be fine in this penthouse.

The location of this property was wonderful. Because we didn't have a long stay planned, we didn't stock up on food to keep in the condo. The convenience of the store downstairs was perfect. We could grab what we needed as we needed it. The third bedroom with the twin beds is a bit odd. The one wall is all a door that unfolds to close off the room from the hallway. The decor is a bit dated, but is as described in the listing. Overall, we enjoyed our quick visit!

The condition, the cleanliness, functionality, the contact people at Luana - ALL OF IT! I immediately called when we checked in when I saw crusted food on dishes, silverware, pots/pans, etc. There was dust and dirt in every room, blackened carpets, broken things every where - from drawers, to mirrors, fans, doors, furniture, A/C, etc. The filthy carpet (that was supposed to white) is bubbled and lifting and blackened all over, my Auntie tripped and almost ended up in the hospital from it. They tried to mask the filth by putting carpet over carpet, so unsanitary. We sat in a chair, not knowing it was broken and fell back. The lanai door takes THREE people to slide open, does not work. I was told someone would come by and clean the thanks! After what they consider 'clean', no doubt their cleaning crew would not be thorough, so I did it myself (all by hand, no dishwasher). The condition of this place is SO bad, you don't want to walk barefoot or sit on anything, so dirty. And when I reached out to Luana to list everything that was wrong, how shameful and unprofessional to get a response of complete denial. To tell me they had someone check everything, and it was ok?! This place is FAR from ok. NO UNACCOUNTABILITY. Pictures do not lie - THE MANAGING COMPANY LIES AND DECEIVES, and does not step up what so ever to address the enormous list of what is wrong with this place. Do not stay here, find another place, this was an absolute disappointment. An entire week spent in filth with no help to address the countless issues. No remorse, no sorry, no fixing, no response, no discount, nothing. I am still considering getting an attorney involved, and with the countless pictures and videos I have, no doubt they will be able to prove of this and much much more!!!

The view from the lanai is stunning with the marina and ocean. We enjoyed many rainbows and spent lots of time on the lanai. The rental is clean and comfortable with space for everyone. It’s easy to walk to shops, bars, restaurants. Hilton Village is just to the south with lots of shopping and casual dining. We bought supplies (beach towels/sunscreen)at ABC, and ordered groceries from Safeway. Valet parking was quick and easy. We brought our own games. The kitchen is handy for making coffee, breakfast etc. There weren’t any measuring cups so we did a best guess for pancakes. The workout room/gym is for Ilikai Hotel guests only. Walk around the Hilton lagoon to watch sunrise over diamond head. Snorkeling from shore at Queen’s beach was great (long walk just south of Waikiki pier). Cinnamon and Pesca are both great restaurants at the Ilikai and Tropics Bar and Grill at the Hilton is a tasty casual option on the beach. We also enjoyed drinks at Barefoot Bar. Absolutely would recommend this condo to friends and family and hope to stay again!

This place is huge and the view is spectacular. its the penthouse with 3 bedrooms 2 bath kitchen. the balcony is huge accessible from the living room and the two bedrooms. Theres a nice restaurant at the top of the Ilikai. great food.

Excellent view and location was slightly off the beaten path but nice to be away from crowds. The furniture is on the older side but the patio, view and cleanliness made up for it. The three bedrooms were key as we had 6 adult couples and two kids.

Just what we were looking for, for a family staycation. Close to everything we wanted—beach, surf rental, and of course the friday night fireworks from the courtyard were amazing! We also had the treat of seeing a monk seal and a baby monk seal resting on the beach. Mahalo for a great stay!

Lots of stains on the living room carpet and some of the outdoor seating needs repair. Could really ever open one of the two sliders going out of the living room to the balcony as the other had problems sliding. Bathrooms and kitchen were good/very clean. For those that plan on leveraging the kitchen, you'll need to bring/buy any required oils/seasonings as outside of cookware/plates (which there is a good stock of), nothing gets left behind. Note that this unit is not considered part of the hotel, although you have pool passes, you don't have access to the fitness center. Management company was very responsive to any and all requests. Parking is never fun on this island, but we were able to self park valet in the front of the building as we had rented a large 12 passenger van (for $50/night). All in all a good trip, but if you're expecting an impressive penthouse experience, until the next interior refresh, this unit is average at best.

It was a great stay overall. If I had to say, AC didn’t really work in some bed room. However property manager responded pretty quick, also they met our demand (early check in). I appreciate a lot since we were pretty tired of long flights and with kids and elderly.

The view is AMAZING!! We spent more of our time on the lanai. We loved this unit! It was perfect for the 8 of us. This property is absolutely gorgeous with spectacular views.

This place is a gem and the views it offers are *chefs kiss*. We even caught a 🌈 on our last morning! It was the perfect space for me and my boyfriend, my parents, and my sister & her family (including 2 small kids) -- in total we fit 6 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Other pros: good restaurants/Cafe in the building, easy parking (valet only), great location / close to everywhere we needed to go, great communication with the host (they were super accommodating & quick to respond), they had plenty of towels & soaps for the week, and everything we needed in the kitchen. Also, no crazy cleaning instructions like the ones you get on other rental sites!!! LOVE! Cons: since we were on the top floor, getting down to the lobby took a while since we'd have to stop on multiple floors in between (the price you pay for the penthouse though!), and the AC in the house was great but it didn't seem to be working in the main bedroom. We made do with the portable fan that was in the room though. I'll leave on this happy note since our overall experience was great. I opted for the penthouse as this trip was a gift for my dad's 70th birthday. Upon entering and walking through the place, my dad exclaimed "Wow. The penthouse! You did good." And the best part was definitely the balcony/lanai. I would find my dad sitting outside every night before bed and every morning just soaking it all in. Easy check in, easy parking, amazing views. Short distance to the beach and city life.

The pictures shown are 100% accurate especially when it comes to the view from the balcony. I’d even say the pictures don’t do enough justice for the size and view from the balcony. We were traveling with 7 in our family and there was plenty of room for everyone. The activities right around the hotel were excellent and the shops and restaurants on site were very good as well. The small amount of interactions we had with hotel staff were excellent. Everything we needed for ourselves was available in the unit for cooking. Laundry can get a little tricky as the laundry is only available on the floors below the penthouse floor. The only suggestion for improvement would be to have a king bed in the master suite versus the queen. We would definitely stay here again!!

Due to it being a penthouse unit, we had a bit more seclusion from the rest of the 26th floor (with a couple of toddlers, we felt less guilty about how toddlers can be noisier). The living room felt more spacious than the pictures show, and the place felt clean enough. What we caution others is be careful with the pool staff (both pools), who were rude and accusatory at best, or downright racist at worst. While the pool staff gave us an incredibly difficult time to allow us to borrow towels from the 2nd floor pool to the ground level pool (it was a cold day and we wanted to keep our toddlers warm moving from one pool to the next), and the ground floor pool staff berated and scolded us for even making such a request after the 2nd floor staff finally relented... Minutes later, the ground floor staff treated a white couple and their toddler completely different: instead of berating them for borrowing a towel to keep their toddler warm, the pool staff very respectfully and kindly offered them "a new warm towel to keep the child warm" as they were heading back to their room. This behavior is unacceptable, and the hotel hasn't taken any steps to address this despite my raising this to hotel management.

The photos represented the property perfectly…it had plenty of room, a comfortable space……and the most beautiful view EVER!

On our way out of the state, we needed a way to say Mahalo to the islands. This unit provided that exact experience. The view of the harbor was spectacular and everyone could find a spot to take time for themselves. The location is great for easy access to restaurants, the harbor, lagoon and Friday night fireworks.
