Warm and comfortable. Good value for money.

Needed soap and shampoo in the shower. The security light outside came on too late and I nearly fell over a low wall. The diners in the restaurant through the wall were very audible and I could hear what they were saying. It was very difficult to close and lock the outer door and, even when I had locked it, I wasn't sure if it was secure.

Having a fridge is great! Bottle of water was very much appreciated given when I visited. Room had plenty of utensils + toaster. Instant coffee and tea. Overall very clean and pleasant.

WiFi was broken while I was there. From my conversation with the contact this has happened before. Keys are a bit awkward to access, but not overly so. TV is pretty bad quality & blurry, but fine for listening to news or radio.

Spacious and clean.

Parking was sporadic. The TV was too dark and could not be changed. It would have been nice to have a separate sink to wash the dishes. The walls are also quite thin which meant it was noisy.

Actual room and facilities fine, location is an entirely different matter.

The location of the property, down an alley and behind a restaurant, overlooking a semi derelict building, semi hidden by fencing, which was not detailed when I made my booking in January 2022. As I note from previous comments there appears to have been an issue on how this property was portrayed utilising a photo which appeared to be based on a chalet, at another location,using the same trading name of Southernwood, which is further down the road.

Clean and comfortable.

The WiFi wasn’t accessible. it seemed to rely on adjacent restaurant WiFI which couldn’t pick up in apartment or even outside the restaurant on any device.

Nice big room

The beds were comfortable and the storage space for our belongings was ample. We appreciated the refrigerator and microwave.

It's a bit difficult to do the washing up in the bathroom, but we managed. It would have been nice if tea and coffee with milk had been offered. There were some tea bags, but the tea did not taste fresh. There were only two chairs in the studio, even though it was advertised for three people. There were three of us and so with only two chairs it was difficult to sit together for a meal. We did request a third chair but it was not provided.

Large room. Having a fridge and a table makes it better than a hotel room. Supermarkets and restaurants very close by.

Could not park directly outside.

Very cosy very safe and surcure. Very clean and had evwrythingvyou needed for a short over night stay.

This was a lovely little last minute stay. Great for money the only down side is that the walls are very thin and with late checks in it can disturb you if your already in bed.

Internally very clean and tidy, bright and airy. Shower was amazing. Nice easy to understand microwave. Bed was comfy, pillows a bit hard and lumpy for me. Would bring my own if I ever come back.

The online pictures showed a chalet with greenery. The outside of this property was concrete and looked like work in progress. No sign of any chalets. Would have been nice to have small settee to relax on. Could only sit on kitchen chair or bed. Keys for both doors were very difficult to unlock and lock. Being an extension on the back of a restaurant you got kitchen noise. I was expecting peace and quiet and nice surroundings. Didn't get any of that.

Staff went the extra mile to help, highly recommend and will definitely use again

Stayed one night in a very comfy bed. Very clean all over good value for money. Shower was very nice too. Tea and coffee and sugar for free. recommend the restaurant Zigana - lovely food! I arrived by train a little early so was freezing my bum off :D When I called to ask if I could check in earlier than 4 the staff were very accommodating and let me in hours before - much appreciated. Met me there 15 min after I spoke to them and let me in. Thank you A+ for tour service :)

Nothing

Really nice place if its just a base you need to explore around the area. Few shops nearby with garage forecourt Co-op Sainsburys Restaurant etc very clean and comfortable and staff had even gone to the trouble of buying some milk and leaving it in the fridge for us ( how nice is that touch) would definitely recommend if staying for short visit. Parking is on a back street nearby or if you're leaving early enough maybe outside one of the shops
