Upon our arrival we walked out the back door of our patio and we were greeted with the most relaxing view of a beautiful pool. The walk to the beach is just a short 4 min walk, however I will disclose the stairs are steep. There was plenty of room for two families. The pool is a combination of three pools connected by waterfalls and is amazing to jump in after a day on the beach. The location is close to wonderful places to eat. We really love this location and pool! Our only negative are the beds are too soft and uncomfortable. We look forward to coming back soon!

The unit was very nice and was a great walk in unit with easy access to the Beach & the pools.
We did have a small air conditioning issue and reached out to the maintience department which never called us back. That was a little disapointing that they never returned our call. Glad it wasn't a major issue.

My friends and I enjoyed are stayed at this condo. It was located next to the pool. I like that the property was beachfront. Although, be warn, there are many stairs to reach the beach; which can be difficult if you have a lot of items to carry to the beach or have someone in your party that may have trouble navigating stairs. The resort property overall was nice and located near wonderful restaurants and stores. A few people in our group took advantage of the many trails to run/walk/ bike in the area.
The rental property includes parking for two vehicles. If you have more than two vehicles, the HOA charges $15 a day to park on the property. I don’t recall that information given by the rental company.

This was a great property and very convenient. Couple of pieces of advice: Maybe not as great a place for teens as others might be, but the whole area of 30A closes down early, so teens are often left wanting for things to do. Also, if you want to rent a golf cart, you either have to rent it from the place immediately in front of the property (at pretty high prices), or you do without, as golf carts are not permitted on the property. Otherwise, great property and pleasant experience. Beach is terrific and convenient!

Only thing I would say is the kitchen needs pot holders. Someone staying with us burnt his hand because we had to use a towel to get something out of the oven. And the sliding glass door is very hard to lock. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and our kids LOVED the pool!

Excellent location, beautiful pool view with easy parking for great access. Property description was just as described. Kitchen is very well stocked and the separate ice machine was a very nice touch. We would love to stay there again.

First time in blue mountain beach and we loved this place. So clean and spacious. Loved being on the ground floor. Wish the large pool was heated also, but we still enjoyed the heated pool by the beach. Our group of 4 adults and 2 kids were very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

loved the location! pool just outside patio door made for nice lunches on the porch and just steps from the beach. The family was able to spend precious time together but also allowed for complete autonomy to spend their vacation on the beach, in the pool or napping. Proximity to restaurants and bike path was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a crawler. The floors and rugs in this unit were filthy! I had to go purchase floor cleaner and mop with a filthy mop that was filthy to start with. Our white socks will never get clean.

Pool was great! Lodging just as advertised. Super convenient to be on bottom floor next to pool. Beach was a little crowded- recommend renting chairs ASAP, or setting up your chairs first thing in the am!

Blue Mountain Beach
This complex is wonderful. The location is perfect and access to the beach and surrounding amenities couldn’t be better! We loved the ground floor unit and the easy ability to walk right out to the pool or beach! I would definitely stay here again!
