The owners Rosie and Simon were thoughtful, helpful and friendly. A welcome of tea, biscuits, milk, wine and fresh flowers was much appreciated after a long drive. The cottage is very comfortable, with everything that we needed provided. Located near the centre of Emsworth meant that everything was in walking distance, including the harbour and sea front.

Excellent facilities, superbly fitted out, very friendly owners.

Parking was tricky but manageable

We loved the nautical themed décor and how well the property was equipped. It was an ideal self catering property for us and we felt very welcome.

Super easy to access the keys and enter the property. Such a lovely place. Clean, tidy and warm welcome from the host. Will certainly return soon!!!

Everything about the property is great,stayed 11 nights, had the log burner on relaxing on an evening, the beds are really comfortable and the hosts Rosie and Simon made us feel really welcome. Hope to stay again sometime soon.
