The unit shows the wear and tear of beach life, but the space was perfect for our needs. The beach right in front of the unit is narrow during high tide, but a wider beach is within walking distance - low tide is great! We LOVED the screened porch during a rainier weekend. Thanks for a great stay!

This property has a fantastic view of the ocean which was very much understated in its description. You have a beautiful screened porch to watch the ocean roll. The only thing between you and the sea is a fantastic swimming pool and a grassy dune. Close enough to the island center for easy shopping trips. Great condo for a family getaway!

Some of the dishes in the cabinets/drawers were dirty. There was some dirt/spills/splashes on the walls in the bathroom and living room. Fully stocked on dishes, books, puzzles. Wonderful view and the king size bed was awesome! I texted maintenance twice while we were there and they came and fixed our issues. The neighborhood is very nice and would recommend.

Comfortable beds and living room seating, easy access to pool and beach. Check-in process could be streamlined a bit (make sure you read all instructions carefully). Definitely plan on staying again.

We love Isle of Palms, Wild Dunes Resort! The sparrow as clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, all furniture was in great shape! Very nice apartment!

Better than expected. View is wonderful, acess to beach is an easy, short walk. Screened in porch with swing is a huge bonus. Hope to return next year!

Wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bath unit facing the ocean. Well stocked kitchen. Nice appliances; comfortable seating. Screened in porch. Elevator.

Very nice and clean condo. The only complaints are the king size bed is not comfortable at all and the rugs throughout were easy to trip on. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay in this unit again.

We enjoyed our stay but it was a little bit of walk to the beach for our Daughter with CP. The condo was very comfortable and clean, but the cable in the master did not work and wasn’t repaired until the day before we left. We were told that we would be compensated but haven’t received any yet.

Took most of a day to figure out how to get hot water in the shower. Staff was of no help. Deck furnishings were impractical with high top chairs and a swing too deep to be comfortable. Found numerous pieces of dirty silverware (which we kindly washed). Otherwise, condo was comfortable and had a decent view of the ocean.

The area was very tranquil and beautiful. We were able to relax and reconnect. The expanse of the beach allowed for plenty of space between families. Walking around Wild Dunes or on the beach was very easy to do. Loved every minute of our vacstion. It was hard yo leave.

Lovely view of pool and beach from a great screened porch with table/chairs and porch swing. Mattresses are comfortable and place was clean with a functional kitchen. It is a bit dated especially the decor, some furniture and the window treatments. However the price is reasonable for the quiet location and the view.

After reading some of the bad reviews, I was a bit apprehensive. When I opened the door, I was absolutely delighted. This condo is perfect in every way. It was absolutely spotless, professionally decorated, and supplied with any and everything one could need. The ocean front views are ocean front views, not a slice as many advertise. But, the best thing is the porch and the porch bed swing. Despite the cold dreary January weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the porch. We saw one other person during our stay in the complex…this to say, it was very quiet.

The condo was clean upon arrival, check in and check out were very easy processes. The view was nice but not exceptional. The bed in the master bedroom was VERY comfy. There was plenty of space for our family to relax without being cramped.

This condo unit in the Tidewater complex is very comfortable. Great location, lovely beach, furniture and appliances nicely updated.
Unfortunately, as nice as the interior is, the building itself is deplorable. Walkways and railings are rotten, trim boards are warping, wiring is exposed
Since other Tidewater buildings look to be well maintained, possibly this one will be next.

We enjoyed the space, the pool and the beautiful beach. Any questions we had were answered quickly and overall we had a very pleasant stay. I do wish we had better instructions on which gate to use to get into the community and were given the pool code right away as part of our check in. I also wish there was more information about the resort and how to rent beach chairs etc. A bit more stuff like that and I would’ve given more 5 stars.
