The receptionist Anastasia was very rude during checkout, I had asked for a transfer to the port, we arrived 5 minutes late at the reception she made the transfer go away with the risk of missing the ship. I was doing the checkout, she not go to the driver to tell to wait, she make he go. And she laughed about it. Very very very bad Anastasia Really a scandalous situation.

This place is fantastic. A real luxury get-a-way. It's far enough away from town to be quiet and secluded, but close enough to walk to (10 mins max). The walk is hilly, but you are coming to a hilly island, so it is expected to be walking up and down some hills. Breakfast was prepared a-la-carte and was really good. The breakfast/bar area is lovely. The room is super comfortable and has a great relaxing holiday feel.

Fantastic boutique hotel. Beautiful rooms with a private heated pool, pleasant and extremely helpful staff. A delightful stay, cannot recommend highly enough!

I have travelled around the world, I visited 80+ countries mostly staying in 5 and 7 stars hotels and I have to say Mykonos Earth makes you feel you are at home plus all the luxury. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. If I would to describe the hotel and the staff in one word it would be genuine or perhaps authentic. Amazing location, great ambiance, clean, great view, and super friendly staff.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were amazing! They organised transfers to and from the port/airport at a great price compared to any other transfer service on the island. When we arrived, we were welcomed by their friendly staff who knew we were arriving early on the island so they prioritised our room for early check in that morning, so we had the rest of the day to explore the island and make our reservation at a day club. All staff made us feel very accommodated to, especially Leah at the front desk who was the best and on the ball! She made dinner and club reservations, booked beach clubs, organised an ATV for the duration of our stay and was super helpful in giving information and recommendations for our first time in Mykonos and Greece overall. The room was fantastic! The pool overlooked the beach and the island, and we got the sunset everyday from the heated pool, which was an awesome experience. Housekeeping did a fantastic job everyday, our room was fresh and the amenities provided were nothing but the best. We also enjoyed having our breakfast delivered to our room and eating by the pool each morning. I definitely would be coming back here again and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you to the whole team for making our stay memorable!
