Great location, closed to buses, trams and train, very clean room, confortable beds , very kind stuff

During the winter is pretty cold since ther is no heating system. The walls are very thin and you can hear all the noises from the neighbors...this time it was very quiet though

Location is convenient for public transit. Close to Belem and a few sitops away from Baixa and Alfama

Room we we were in was a little cramped and dim.

The room was very clean.

The hotel was empty. If someone would feel bad, No one would have known if this person would have died. The receptionist comes when new guests arrive.I felt myself, like on a desert island.Although it was winter, there was no heating. It was a little cold.

We didn't find anything about the darkness of the room in the description: there were no windows to outside. One window was covered with the shelf, the other didn't get sun light also. Even at days there was dark.

Location is convenient just next to the LX factory and a train that takes you to the beaches.

It is next to quite noisy street, so if you want to open widow at night be ready to deal with the noise. With windows closed it becomes hot very quickly (our stay was in may).

Other guests were unfriendly. Place was hard to find

Nice experience! A functionally and esthetically furnished apartment. Near LxFactory and tram/bus stops, half way between the centre and Belem.

The place was very clean and the host very friendly. There were shutters so the room could be dark for sleeping. The bed was comfy. There is a kitchen you can use. The location was very good, there are a few breakfast places in the area and the tram to the center or to belem (nr 15/15e) stops right outside on the square.

The room and bathroom had no heating and especially the bedroom was quite cold. It was quite dark, because the windows looked out onto some small courtyard. Also in the corridor near our room (C) there was no switch, so that was always dark, not very convenient when trying to lock the room. I would recommend installing a small light so that at least there is some light in the corridor towards the bathroom, kitchen and front door. And to give each room also a bathmat, to use in the bathroom. Also, there is a sign of a guesthouse at the neighbouring door, but not at the door you need to take (confusing).
