Bella Vista 29 è una nuovissima casa con 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni, che può ospitare 8 persone. La casa è all'interno di una gated community con sicurezza 24 ore. Non appena entri dalla porta ti sentirai a tuo agio quanto a casa. Il soggiorno è molto spazioso con comodi divani dove trascorrere il tempo in famiglia, goditi un bel film sulla tv a schermo piatto che ha Netflix.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata per cucinare un buon pasto o uno spuntino. Il tavolo della cucina è proprio accanto alla cucina e può ospitare comodamente 8 persone.
Mentre esci al secondo piano rimarrai stupito dalla vista, c'è un bellissimo ponte soleggiato dove puoi goderti un po 'di sole e relax. C'è una scala a chiocciola proprio accanto al ponte e ti porta al terzo piano. Qui è dove puoi fare un bel barbecue che fornisce una griglia a carbone dove puoi goderti il cibo con i tuoi cari. Questa parte della casa è la parte migliore perché puoi vedere l'oceano da essa.
Sulla proprietà si può godere dalla grande piscina condominiale con la sua area barbecue. Puoi goderti una piscina e abbronzarti mentre cucini un bel barbecue. Questa zona è anche dove troverai la palestra.

House is big and is great for a large family. Location is good and we liked the 24 hour security. In fact the security guard was so nice and helpful with questions. I really wanted to give it a 5 star but we had issues with a sewer smell that started on day 3 from the showers. Also house has several light bulbs out. Might stay again.

A great stay in Puerto Peñasco. Great location- close to the Malecon but far enough to have some privacy and quiet night’s sleep. Security guard was helpful and kind and we felt safe. Would stay here again!

We were lied to about the location. Was told a 1 minute walk to beach. Was a 15 minute drive. Very unhappy about that. Parents not able to walk well so this was the main reason for booking this property.

Location was good but property had some issues, front door lock did not work half of the time. Sewer smell on first level, very bad, oven did not work, water pressure was terrible. Interior doors would not open periodically. Would not stay there again

Great stay, minor issues
Overall had a great experience here! The location is great and too far from anything, nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood with 24hr security that was very helpful and cool if we had any questions and always willing to help out! Only reason I gave a 4 star review is because the down stair bathroom door handle was kind of broken and we got trapped in the bathroom for 15 minutes trying to open it lol. Also the water pressure was hit or miss, kinda seemed as if one shower can only run at a time or little to no water pressure will be available. Besides that I would stay here again and recommend to friends and others, we all had a great time!!

Excellent house for family or friends.
First time renting a house, great experience. We were in love with the house. Very clean, beyond pretty. The view was great! Definitely recommended. It’s in a private area and very secured. We will come back again. No issues with anything. Makes you feel like if you were in your own house.

People in the office were very friendly and helpful..... ac was not working properly they all got on the ball and fixed it quickly. Owner went by to check on us and the ac the next day. Really said a lot about their commitment to make your stay pleasant. I will be staying there again without a doubt!! Thank you for everything!!
