A great property - it was clean and comfortable and welcoming, and well-equipped. John, the owner, was lovely and helpful. The house is in a good location, it’s quiet and peaceful but only a very short drive from town (you can even walk into town if you don’t want to take the car, but it’s about 45 minutes). Loads of lovely places to visit all within a short distance. Would definitely return!

Not a dislike as such, but it’s a shame that the two double rooms don’t have king size beds (rather than double) as the rooms are certainly big enough. Otherwise perfect!

As a family of four, we really enjoyed our week at Riverdale Cottage and were above average satisfied. There is not a single point to criticize, but a lot to praise. It is clean, cozy, all furnishings in excellent condition. John in particular proved to be friendly and personable as the owner. We wish John all the best with the rental, especially that the guests take care of the house and John doesn't have to worry. All the best and „Auf Wiedersehen“ !

The property was spacious and comfortable for 6 people. It was clean, tidy, bright and well equipped. 0ur welcome pack exceeded what you would normally expect including tea, coffee, milk, bread, marg/butter,cakes, and a bottle of wine. We had a warm welcome from the owners and our privacy was respected, yet they were on hand if needed. We would not hesitate to book this property in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is a beautiful home, so much so that it doesn't feel like a rental. It had everything we needed as a family as well as being warm and comfortable. The location is convenient to the town and beaches and John the host was very welcoming and well equipped with local info. We will definitely be returning to Riverdale in the future. An adorable modern, well built cottage with all the mod cons and home comforts you require and a lovely Irish welcome. The owner John obviously fully understands the concept of “ home away from home”and it was a joy to kick back there after a long trip from Australia. Fantastic value for money .

Nothing at all.

Loved the house, it was fabulous with everything we needed and more. The owner very kindly checked in with us regularly before during and after. Loved the nice touch on arrival of items like bread, milk, biscuits, tea/coffee and a fine bottle of 🍷!!! Location was ideal for everything we wanted to do! Beds were cosy, house was snug, plenty of room, bathrooms fabulous!

There was nothing I didn't like... It was perfect.
