Bella vista

Il palazzo è in condizioni fatiscenti, esternamente ed internamente. Le scale sono danneggiate e l'impressione è che il palazzo sia abbandonato (cavi elettrici a vista un po' ovunque). Una volta trovato l'appartamento l'abbiamo trovato sporco, senza acqua calda, con il lavandino rotto, un nido di piccioni alla finestra, materassi sporchi, biancheria sporca. Alla fine ci siamo rifiutati di dormire lì e il proprietario si è rifiutato di rimborsarci. Posto da evitare.

Wir kamen abends von der Fähre. Daher ist die Lage ideal und der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Toll eingerichtet und Check in und check out waren ohne Probleme. Schöne Unterkunft in besonderer Lage :)

Platz zum parken war keiner aber wir haben uns dann ins Parkhaus ganz in der Nähe gestellt. Das Treppenhaus glich bei unserem Aufenthalt einer Baustelle und es gab kein Licht, das obere Geländer nicht wirklich fest. Mit Baby und Kleinkind eine kleine Herausforderung aber machbar. Der Geschirrspüler und das Waschbecken im Bad waren leider schmutzig daher ein Sternchen weniger.

- The nice views, the excelent location in the Citadelle. - The decor of the apart. - There are a Spar and some good restaurants nearby.

We booked for 1 week, but we (me, my wife and my 7 year old son) chose to leave the place on 4th day. - No hot water (this was the main reason: try to give a cold water shower to a 7-year old). - The state of the building (almost like a ruin, in a very bad state). Also, no door number, very hard to find. The stairs didn't have light. Felt like a BIG double-dealing/deceiving because there aren't no photos of the whole building in their Booking page. - The WIFI and the TV were not working properly. - It takes a LONG time for the host to answer ("no presencial" concierge). Didn't fix anything. But again, if you don't mind these "modern" features, you're going to love the place. I'm trying to be fair here. NOTE: We asked for a refund for the days we didn't stay but nothing happened until now. (Aug 23rd 2024)

La vue de l’appartement sur la mer est magnifique! Ça faut la peine de se réveiller pour le lever du soleil et l’admirer au travers fenêtre! Bien équipée, tout en neuf et chaleureux. Très belle appartement!

La première fois pour trouver l’appartement ce fut un peut difficile et comme première impression de l’extérieur et des étages qui précèdent l’appartement ça ne donne pas une bonne impression, mais une fois rendu a l’étage de l’appartement et dans l’appartement on a été rassuré!

The lower stores are in renovation, but don’t be scared of exterior or outside the building, it is brilliant

From first look the house looks scary.🙂 But Apartment is very nice. Modern , clean and comfortable with great locacion and magnificant view from Windows. Bed was very comfortable and there was everything you need

The view.

The house is in a desolate condition, one has the impression that it can collapse at any time. Large holes in the masonry, which are bunglingly supported by wooden blocks, electrical lines are exposed, are wrapped with duct tape makeshift. The landlady did not give a phone number despite request and was not available by phone. The toilet and the whole sewage system stunk. Very disappointing overall and absolutely not recommended for safety reasons.
