This was a great spot for our family vacation. The stretch of beach doesn’t have the high rise buildings that cause the crowding of other areas, yet it is close enough to amenities off the beach that you can make quick trips out if needed. The unit itself is right by the pool and a quick walk to the beach. Parking is available right at the bottom of the stairs so it was easy to access things we left in the car without having to walk across a giant lot.

Very clean condo with amazing views. Easy beach access, great pool and condo is on a quieter end of the beach. We loved this area and will definitely stay in this condo again!

We had the BEST time at this place!! Everything was exactly like the listing said. It was so close to the beach and it was easy to access. We can’t wait to stay here again!!

We loved staying here! It was perfect! Love being so close to the beach! Condo looked newly remodeled & everything was clean. Beds are comfy, kitchen was well stocked. Went across the street to Winn Dixie for any needed groceries. Looked through a couple of the books on the bookshelf at the top of the stairs. Thank you for the beach lounge chairs! We would love to stay here again!

This is my family’s second year in a row staying at this property. We love this condo! The location is perfect and the amenities are just as described. This place is the perfect size for my two young kids, my husband and I. It’s located about 20 minutes from the heart of PCB which was perfect for us to go in to town during the day and relax in the quiet and calm area where the condo is located during the evenings. There is a Winn Dixie and Publix right across the street which is super convenient. Seriously can’t say enough wonderful things about this property! We can’t wait to come back again next year!

We have rented this unit before and were impressed by its upgrade and cleanliness. We would suggest warmer blankets and instructions on the use of the TV. Also, we spent half of the first day trying to get a parking pass that should have been in the unit. The location on the "quiet side" of Panama City Beach and ocean frontage are amazing.

location was good and beach access great. Too many stairs to get to the accomodation which was difficult for older tennants especially carrying luggage or groceries.Close to everything and relatively quiet.The unit should have operation manuals on electonic devices, particularly the TV's which were a real challenge.Great view from the balconies.Should include outside building pictures in the brochure.

We LOVED the view, proximity to the beach, and the amenities. Being on the west end of PCB was a dream. The kitchen is well-stocked. Beds were comfortable. We cannot wait to come back to Ramsgate!

This was an excellent experience for both of us. The building is dated, but inside, the condo was just as pictured — spotlessly clean, sunny, quiet and comfortable. With a VIEW! Sunsets are magnificent. All doors, etc. worked and locked as they should. The downstairs was nicely furnished with sturdy furniture. Plus it had an upscale European style leather recliner, which I put to good use. Upstairs, the beds were very comfortable and the sleeping good. Temperature control was good, The beach was pristine, with only a very few beachgoers at the time we were there. Items to consider if your party has physically challenged members: The building itself sits on pilings, so the 2nd floor condo may as well be on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. Inside, bedrooms are upstairs. The showers, while equipped with excellent non-skid traction in the tub and stall floor, have no handholds, and glass walls. This may be an issue for someone who is unwieldy. Finally, there is a pane of heavy, clear glass, reaching about waist high, that prevents one from turning the corner too quickly at the top of the stairs and entering the stairs from the side about two steps below floor level. This panel isn’t the easiest to see, particularly at night, and if one were to blunder into it at speed, it might be a problem. We didn’t let any of this bother us, and would seek out this property as a future place to stay. Solid 5 Stars!

The location is perfect but there were a few issues with the actual unit. First the whole property seems to be under construction which we were not aware of. Overall the unit was very clean except for the master bath which had quite a bit of mold and mildew as well as clumps of hair in the bottom of the shower. I actually went and purchased cleaner so that I could clean before using. When we arrived there was only one parking pass. It clearly states that two parking passes are included yet the manager at the property charged us $35 for an additional parking pass. Again, the location was amaxi g and overall experience was good just a few minor issues.

Loved the feel of this townhome. The decor is light and comfortable. The beds are pretty good. The view is amazing from both porches. Parking is easy. Beach chairs and umbrella rental was included (didn't see this noted anywhere in the rental). Love the location of the complex on the quiet end of PCB.

The location is great with Grocery/Pharmacy/Restaurant within walking distance. The townhouse is precious and the property was very well maintained! Minimalistic decor, very cute. The beds are very comfortable. Definitely a favorite and we will be back!!

This was our 2nd year in a row staying here and we love it! We are already looking forward to next year! We are a family of 5 and this unit fits us perfectly! It's the best proximity to the pool and the beach (and the grocery store). We cook almost daily and the kitchen is very well equipped, washer and dryer are great & the balcony(s) is perfect for eating, chilling, daydreaming & even sunbathing (upstairs). I can't say enough, but I will say we are already planning to be back next summer! Thanks for having us!!

Beach vacation
This condo was perfect for a three day beach vacation with our adult children. Beautiful view from balcony and close to the pool. The beach was sparsely populated and pristine. The condo was spacious and there was plenty of space and storage. The only negatives were the tiny coffeemaker and the sliding doors that had broken screens and poor locks.

Spring Break 2022
It has been many years since we stayed at Ramsgate and it did not disappoint. We loved being closer to the pool than in past years. We did have to purchase the second parking pass and could have used a few more staples….. salt and pepper, scissors, and matches. All in all it was a great stay and we will be back!

Perfect for us
We had our daughter and her friend traveling with me and my partner. The layout was perfect! Plenary of bathrooms for everyone. All bathrooms updated. Designer tile, plumbing fixtures, art, and accents. Perfect view and proximity to pool.

A great find!
Our stay at Ramsgate Harbour 48 was wonderful! Access to the beach was great and it was away from the noisy Spring Break crowd. However I wish we could have used the beach chairs on the day we checked out but they put them away so although we paid for 3 nights there we only got two days use out of the chairs. Also another person mentioned in their review that the sliding door lock didn’t work and the master bedroom tv remote didn’t work. I found both to be true. They need to read the reviews and follow up!

Great views and very clean
Loved the patios, the rug on the second floor and the tanning chairs on the third floor. The tv in the living room was not easy to figure out, that’s the only thing I’d change.

Love this property. It was not in the middle of the busy and was able to relax and not worry about the teenagers going to the beach and back to the room.

Old building but Unit renovated
Unit was renovated and looked great except the balcony door had no lock so it was very nerve recking every night to feel unsafe hence 4 stars bc thats very important to me and my family! The outside building is old and outdated so if you dont mind that, this is a place for you!

Great location but lacking in a few areas
This condo is in a great location; short walk to beach & pool, grocery stores, seafood restaurant, Ihop, Dunkin Donuts...a quick drive around the corner, though the seafood restaurant is literally across the street so you can walk to it. This condo is on the 2nd floor so keep that in mind if you have a lot of stuff to carry up a few flight of stairs. The next thing I'm about to mention will probably never happen again but just throwing it out there just in case. When we arrived at our unit it was late (around 10:00pm) and my daughter, who is 16, went ahead of us to enter the code & open the door since our hands were full, and to our surprise the door was cracked open. We didn't go in as it was me, my daughter, a g'friend of mine, and her daughter. I went ahead & called the police just to be safe. The policeman got there in less than 5 minutes. Super nice guy. He went in and checked under beds, closets, etc and found nothing except the sliding back door that was open, which had no lock at all, and no bar to help keep it locked. We don't know if the cleaning company dropped the bomb & didn't shut the front door & back sliding door all the way or what. The lock on the front door was sketchy. Looked as if it was busted out a time or two. And like I said, the sliding door had no lock or anything. Anywho, we didn't feel all that safe but decided to stay for the night & see what happened. We did finally get the front door shut after some group effort & used part of a lamp to lock the sliding glass door. I did reach out to Vacasa several times & they were pretty good about communicating & giving me updates everday, even though the locks didn't get fixed while we were there. They kept saying they were coming each day (never did) and the day before we left they conveniently said the locks were back ordered and would be there on Saturday (which was the day we left lol). One more thing, we didn't have a parking pass when we got there & when they would call each day (someone diff each day) I would remind them & finally after being there 4 days we got a pass. Thankfully, my vehicle didn't get towed. Overall, the condo wasn't too bad. Don't know if I'd stay in this particular unit again since it seems to be really tired lol but the location of the complex really can't be beat. You're pretty much sandwiched between PCB & 30A...minus the crowds. You can go either direction & be there in less than a few miniutes :)

Excellent location!
We loved being able to walk right out to the beach and it’s not overcrowded in this area. The condo was spacious and beautiful with 2 balconies and great views of the beach! We also found the king sized bed to be very comfortable and would like to know the brand! Looking forward to staying again :)

Way overpriced
We were charged double the average cost for 5 nights in the off season. We have stayed in a several different condos here at Ramsgate and this was not up to par with them for the money. Shop around and don't pay much attention to those "average cost" numbers. They are BS

Great location, nice condo, could be improved
This condo is great for the location. Super close to the beach and the pool. Here you do not have the concerns about over crowding that you would at the larger high rise condos. There was only one row of chairs on the beach and you could always get a good spot no matter the time of day. The pool area is a little old and small but it is worth it to have a less crowded area to us. The decor in the condo is tasteful and with good quality furnishings. The location is great: right across the street from Winn Dixie and Publix grocery stores and only a very short drive to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, etc. I thought there was a Keurig coffee maker, but there is just a small Mr. Coffee (1st world problems, I know, but I had brought Keurig pods). The condo wasn’t the cleanest. You could tell that corners had been cut in the cleaning. Overall the cleanliness was was acceptable, but not great. We called to report a couple of issues: a gutter had blown off during the tropical storm Claudette and was hanging on the roof and there was water leaking behind the wall right by an electrical outlet. It was difficult to get in contact with someone. I made a couple calls before I could get anyone on the phone and I had to wait on hold for a while. The property maintenance man fixed the gutter promptly, but we never had anyone come to inspect the water in the wall by the outlet. The tv in the living room didn’t always work and the internet went out a lot. When I reported these items no help was offered. We were just told that they can’t help the internet outages. Over all it was a good rental and I still would recommend it if you’re concerned about over crowding at the other high rise condos. It was quiet and had a great family atmosphere.

This townhouse was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was gorgeous and most importantly very clean. The view was amazing and having 2 balconies was a plus. It was exactly like the pretty photos. I will defintely return!

Loved our stay
We stayed for 5 days with our two small boys. The space was perfect, the view was amazing. I appreciated that the decor was simple and modern, not kitschy beachy. Having the beach and the pool right downstairs was amazing. The pool is actually heated and we were able to go in on a couple of 60-degree days. The pool code changed while we were there, and if I hadn’t looked in the Vacasa app, I wouldn’t have known what it was changed to. There was a plumbing issue on the first night but the property manager handled it quickly.

Most amazing home and view EVER
I dont even know where to start with this most amazing home!!!! To start .... Tim that works for Vacasa is literally the most hospitable and kind employee that they could have! He was accommodating and helpful before we even arrived. Upon our arrival, he checked to make sure that we were enjoying our stay and that we loved the place ..... and boy did we! This home is updated, decorated by a professional (every detail), the showers do not disappoint, the views from the master and the living room are breathtaking, and you are steps from the beach.... I wish I could live there! If things couldn't get better you are across the street from a grocery store. I couldn't get my family to leave the house! This place and the staff are FIVE STARS!!!!!!

Beautifully renovated and decorated unit steps from a quiet beach. I’ve stayed in several Ramsgate units and this is by far the best. Unit was clean, beds were comfortable, location was quiet and the views were stunning. I’ll be back!
