Comfortable place in a good location with easy access to Nottingham city centre

It was in a central location, the staff where very nice and were always available when I had questions. would definitely love to stay here once again!

we were a party of 6, 2 adults with 4 teenage boys of 15yrs.
we do travel a lot and have much experience. as such there were things we took along.
the kitchen has everything you could need. we did a lot of cooking.
the bedrooms are spacious with two on suite and one family bathroom. the beds were comfortable and then linen fresh and clean. there were no corners cut on the property.
we were very happy and will return next year.

Very welcoming hosts. Greeted us at the house and were amazing at answering any messages.
House was very spacious housing our large group without any difficulties.
Beds were comfortable and bathrooms in great condition.
Perfectly situated close to shops and main roads.
Very clean.
Needed more cooking equipment such as chopping knives, boards and plates.

So many things provided, making our stay very easy and a tesco express next door.

Bigger than expected and great value for money if multiple people are staying

Great location for Nottingham night life, great for groups. Easy (and free) parking right by the Tesco express and only a £7 taxi into the centre of Nottingham. It’s got everything you need for staying as a large group.
If you’re a group of ladies and need lots of mirrors make sure you bring some :)

Living room/ kitchen was pleasant, but as you explored the rest of the house it seemed extremely underdeveloped.
Beds were sub-standard rooms felt like a hostel, just multiple beds crammed in a small space. Impossible to use the upstairs toilet without sitting down due to sloping roof. Shower is temperamental.
