no enough car parking out side the building, very difficult to park in the basement for the sedan vehicles

Cleanliness

Windows not fully isolated and that made air leaking and highway sounds extremely noisy. Kettle was not clean and the cup was broken.

The most disgusting hotel in all of KSA, never stay ever stay in this hotel! The staff are sleepy, there is no service, the housekeeping have no idea what cleaning means! Throw your money in the rubbish before staying in this dirty hotel! Mosquito filled hotel with no internet

Horrible staff, terrible facilities, bring your own sheets unless you want bed bugs! Air conditioning switches off and you will wake up in a pool of sweat. I hope you don't need internet or telephone service because neither are available in this prison! DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL IT IS TERRIBLE!

everything was good except one staff member who did not even do the bare minimum

room service don’t clean unless you call the reception to tell them to clean, and your gonna have to double check with reception because they also forget to tell them to clean your room, and when i asked for a bottle of water from the reception because the cleaner’s didn’t provide the room with water when they cleaned, he told me straight up ”No we gave you water this morning” i explained for him the situation and said if you don’t provide me with some water im gonna check out tomorrow then he replied “then check out”

New construction, clean room & provided all facilities in side the room

Staffs aren’t asking to clean the room if you stay more than 1 days

Location is bit far but if you have the car then it's awesome place to be.
