Amazing Panoramic Main Channel View; Walk-In Level from Parking Lot; The Ledges
Goditi il nostro condominio di livello walk-in / parcheggio con una vista panoramica spettacolare sul canale principale. Il condominio è stato rinnovato nel 2019 e dispone di 3 camere da letto (ognuna con un letto matrimoniale), 2 bagni completi e 6 posti letto comodamente. C'è una vista sul lungomare dall'ampio ponte e camera da letto matrimoniale. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size, con detergente se necessario. L'accesso WiFi completo è disponibile e può essere utilizzato anche con la nuova Smart TV nel soggiorno. Cucina completamente attrezzata con piatti, bicchieri, pentole, padelle, argenteria, tagliere, ecc. Il ponte coperto contiene 2 tavoli da patio, ventilatori a soffitto e una grande griglia a propano. Il condominio è NON FUMATORI.
Il complesso offre una spiaggia di sabbia per nuotare, 2 piscine, pesca al largo delle banchine e un parco giochi per bambini. Abbiamo anche fornito diversi giochi d'acqua e dispositivi di galleggiamento per la tua famiglia.

The Ledges si trova a 21 miglia e proprio nel cuore di Osage Beach. Il complesso è facile da guidare ed è completamente asfaltato. Il centro commerciale Outlet, il parco acquatico Big Surf, il minigolf, le piste da go-kart, i ristoranti sono a pochi minuti dal condominio. Ci sono anche diversi parchi statali nelle vicinanze con splendide viste, sentieri e altre attrazioni. Il noleggio di barche e PWC nelle vicinanze di Aqua Toys e il varo nelle vicinanze si trovano anche a State Park o Surdyke.

This place perfect for our family of 6 adults. Plenty of room to spread out. The balcony was a perfect place to watch people on the lake or just sit and take in the view. Kitchen supplies were perfect to use. Very clean and new looking. Lots of extra pillows, Blankets etc. Took our boat and used the covered boat slip which was a short walk to get to. Everyone hated to leave. Brian responded very quickly to any questions. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great condo! Well taken care off, unit was spotless. Great communication with the property owner. This condo worked for my extended family of six, able to walk to the pools and beach.

We have stayed at many of the condos at the Ledges and this was by far our favorite. It was very clean, had everything you would need for a comfortable stay and the owner was excellent with communication.

Our stay over Memorial Day was very beautiful and relaxing. The property is conveniently located on the lake, with boat and jet ski rentals nearby and several options for dining and shopping close by. Check in and out were very straightforward and Brian was very helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend for group of friends or family.

I really hate to leave a good review because then everyone will want to stay here and the next time I try to book it, there won't be any availability. Honestly though, this place is fabulous and it looks like it has recently been remodeled with newer carpeting in the master bedroom, beautiful countertops, comfortable furniture, etc. The deck is very large and accommodating with a spectacular view of the lake. Definitely a must stay.

Very nice property. Parking lot level and a corner condo so not a lot of other traffic. Beautiful view on the main channel. The condo appears to be all newly remolded. The carpeting was very thick and looked like brand new. All the utensils you need and plenty extras in the kitchen cabinets. A fantastic huge deck with a walk out from the living room and from the master bedroom.

My son and I had an amazing time! The condo was beautiful! All newly remodeled. Very nice! The view was spectacular! Really enjoyed the peace and quiet.

My family and I stayed here in the off-season and it was perfect. Peacful and quiet. I spent every morning on the deck with my coffee and my boys were out there every evening. They enjoyed the playground and the beach where they could play. Place was clean and spacious too.

Our experience with this condo couldn’t have been better. The condo had been updated and looked new. All furnishings were in excellent condition and the unit was well stocked. The owner was easy to work with and we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location overlooking Lake of the Ozarks. Very clean and everything worked properly. Enjoyed our stay especially sitting on the patio watching the boats cruise by. The only negative was workers renovating the neighboring condos started at 6:30 AM, which is out of the owner's control. One checkout item was slightly confusing. We needed to load the dishwasher and clean the dishes; however, we needed to turn off the hot water heater and water, which prevents the dishwasher from cleaning the dishes.

My family and I spent 2 weeks at this condo, and everything was wonderful. We had our 3 adult daughters with, and they also loved the condo. The twins fished off the dock several times while we were there. The is also a place that rents pontoon boats we used 3 times during our stay. When we go to Lake of the Ozarks again, we definitely use Brian again

The unit was excellent for our need. With an 18 month old with us, it was great not to have to climb stairs, close enough to the beach and very well supplied with all we needed for the week.

This was a perfect little getaway for me and my daughter. The condo was clean, the kitchen well stocked, and provided plenty of space for our needs. The view from the deck is fabulous and I could spend the entire day out there!

Our family of three took a short trip to the lake to enjoy the changing colors of the October trees. The condo had everything you'd need. Great view right on the main channel. My only complaint was the bed in the master was very hard and uncomfortable. It did not deter us from having a peaceful time. Owner was very responsive and friendly when we had a question about using the T.V. Would love to come back.

Excellent lake view, large balcony, location, and comfort of this unit brought us back for the third year in a row. Host is quick to respond and easy to work with. Kitchen has everything you need along with quality bedding and towels make this a winner! Hope to be back next year.

Love the location for sure, the place is nicely decorated, the view is wonderful. We came down from the north to drive around mustang in the hills. The only thing I could add to the condo would be condiments ( ketchup mustard etc), flour, sugar, salt and pepper. They have a great kitchen but did cook as much as we would of liked. Thanks for a great vacation.
