We couldn't connect to the wifi or internet to access the TV and apps. Staff couldn't connect us either. This issue needs to be sorted asap.

The location and quality of accommodation plus my husband loved the golf course.

Duty manager was great and welcoming. Water views amazing. Wellness sol fabulous. Food good and great atmosphere.

no concierge. had to wheel own bags to room on large trolley. staff at restaurant inattentive. first night we were essentially ignored and had to constantly asks for more drinks, our meals took literally hours to come out as there was a problem which they apologies for. we booked restaurant well in advance and on day of arrival asked where we would be seated…told by window in first half of restaurant…when we arrived they sat us in the rear of restaurant on a corner table next to fire hydrant. then we were ignored by staff. second night we specifically asked to be in front part of restaurant so we would t be ignored, we again had to ask staff for drinks and service….better than first night though.good nice but service lacking.

The 2 bedroom apartment with lake view was great. The apartment was modern with comfortable furnishings, fantastic alfresco area and exceptional lake views.

Room service menu could do with more information under each menu item.

Directions to book in could be better signed.

Walk to Car park with luggage although there was a porter was a great help. I cannot understand why residents had to walk around a grassed area on to a road to get to the car park .

The dinner was exceptional. Even the simple dishes were done to perfection and tasted great. My expectations for the breakfast were high due to this but was left a bit disappointed.

The rooms were not clean. Dust bunnies and hair was found in several part of the rooms. The room was sold as a lake view but you could barely see the lake.

The location was fabulous, everything we needed was there and we loved that we could park the car for a couple of days and no need to go anywhere else. The food was amazing! The apartment was amazing! The spa was amazing! The quiet location and view was amazing!

There was a bit of a wait for dinner but if you go earlier or later there was not such a wait

Parking is a disgrace we had very wet weather but had to walk a long way to get to accommodation. we were on the middle level and the noise above us was like they were coming down on top of us this was after midnight we were going to complain but let it go the next night ws not much better.

All meals were delicious, we had Breakfast each day and dinner nightly, all excellent. Good service and pleasant staff as well

All perfect for us

The location is stunning and the room was beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. The staff were friendly. The food was beautiful.

The wait staff forgot something we ordered at both dinner and breakfast and we had to ask for it again. They were a bit slow in terms of drinks. We had to get their attention and ask for drinks rather than them noticing we had empty or nearly empty glasses and asking if we wanted more which I would expect from such a hotel.

The place was just beautiful, it was impeccably clean everywhere. I would recommend this to everyone , the restaurant was amazing the food was amazing. I will definitely be back
