The property was beautiful and in a great location. We were in walking distance to the acropolis museum, the metro, etc… the property managers were so helpful, kind, and responsive. We highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo. They were exceptionally helpful. We had a problem with illness and they helped us in every area. Also, they helped us with transportation, which was greatly appreciated.

Good stay, be aware the dryer. Is hung dry not actual dryer which resulted in a laundromat visit during vacation but the rest of the service was great and got us in early after long travels so we were very appreciative!

We enjoyed our stay at Acropolis Unique Residence. It was well appointed and immaculately clean. All the staff, but especially Nick, were extremely helpful and easy to contact. The location was perfect for visiting the Acropolis. Wonderful row of restaurants, bistros and bars nearby within easy walking distance. Highly recommend this listing.

This property was perfect for my family. It was able to accommodate my entire family, including elderly family members that needed elevator access. We loved how close it was to everything and the amount a bathrooms were a blessing while getting ready!

We had an amazing stay. This place is large with plenty of room for all of us. Very comfortable. Located within walking distance to everything we needed. Property management group excellent, went above and beyond for us. They will make sure your stay is everything you needed to be.So helpful. I highly recommend this condo. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and our family had a short stay in Athens before taking a cruise on Virgin Voyages. We had a very late night arrival, so the host arranged Transporation from the airport to the apartment for all seven of us. The four BR apartment was perfect for our two night stay, plus our host (Yannis) was friendly, helpful and amazing. Will definitely stay at Bill & John’s rentals again on future trips.

Our group of seven (three elderly, two adults and two kids) fully enjoyed our stay. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms were extremely convenient. The Acropolis and the museum are both just five minutes of walk away, and so is the Plaka. Communication with the office was easy, and staff members were all very helpful. Would highly recommend.

This property was amazing. The four bedrooms were lovely and well appointed. The four bathrooms were new and modern. The kitchen was small but had everything you might need. The location was amazing. This was the best VRBO that I've ever rented. Thanks for everything!!!!

Attractive, clean apartment, close to Acropolis. We visited during the height of summer and the a/c was great. The host was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend

At the last minute, we were told that the A/C in the place we had booked was broken. We were moved to a nearby property that was nice but didn’t have all the space we had originally booked. We were given a fair credit.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was in such a great location. It walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the acropolis. Our host made in check in very easy and had a map with many recommendations for us. Everything was smooth and seem less. The host was also very quick to respond and send someone over when our wifi went down and we needed more towels. Great service!

Everything was perfect about our stay! The owners provided so much support, including airport transfers, tour assistance and personal recommendations. I highly recommend this property. The location was perfect. The apartment was clean and as described online. I have stayed in many VRBO apartments in many European cities and this was by far the best. There were 4 good size bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a common area and a kitchen. It was all we needed. Also, the property owners arranged transportation for us and it was very convenient and affordable. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved everything about this apartment. the location was amazing, close (easy walking distance) to many of Athens's well known ancient attractions. Lots of restaurants, bakeries, bars and cafes nearby the a railway station around the corner.
The apartment was ideal for a adult family group of 5, with 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. There was a good working kitchen and lots of room to relax. It was beautifully clean.
The was someone there to meet us when we arrived giving us lots of useful information and good suggestions about the surrounding areas.
Their office was just a phone call away for any questions and they were a great help in organising transport for us all when it was time for us to go. All around a great experience!

Family and friends and each couple had their own bathroom!!! 1 block behind the apartment is a lovely cobblestone street with restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend!

Extremely well outfitted with bath products, hair dryers, soap, and amenities in all 4 bathrooms. Beautiful bedrooms - with a few balconies scattered throughout. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was also ready for us and they had bottles of water for us as well. The furnishings are gorgeous and high class. The location was also excellent - very close to the acropolis and a metro.
We were greeted at 4 pm by a very nice gentleman who showed us the apartment. Please note that vrbo had check in listed as 3 pm but it is actually 4 pm. Checkout process was super easy.

Deluxe Apartment!
Makrigianni apartment is in a central Athens location yet secure, quiet, private and safe. Dennis was great, he met us there and stopped by later in our stay. It was clean, the AC worked beautifully, and overall everything was great. I highly recommend staying at Makrigianni apartment.

We had a great time during our stay at this apartment. The apartment was amazing - very clean, very close to everything in Plaka. The team at Bill and John Developments was wonderful to work with. Couldn’t be better located
My family an I had an excellent stay at this wonderful apartment, literally 5 minutes walk from the Acropolis. Our driver picked us up from the airport and handed us over to “Dennis”, who went above and beyond during our stay. He gave us his personal number to contact him any time of day or night if we had questions. He also gave us his personal recommendations for restaurants and bars.
The apartment itself is fabulous, and we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Amazing Athens all in walking distance!
I can’t say enough about this property, but honestly I was impressed before I laid eyes on it. Loannis the property manager arranged our transportation to the airport, the storage of our luggage, and suggestions about what to do, where to eat, and how to navigate Athens in general. When we finally entered the apartment it was more then met our expectations! Three couples each with our own bedroom and bathroom and a bonus bedroom for whoever was snoring the loudest! What a fantastic start to our 2 week Greek vacation!

Fantastic Athens apartment
We have a terrific stay at this Athens urban. There are so many bedrooms our Family of 5 got very comfortably. The beds are so comfortable- difficult to find sometimes in Europe! It is very relaxing and incredibly clean. Very modern. It was so nice to stay in a place that felt so comfortable after Long days touring. It Is on the outskirts of the Plaka. Very easy to walk to everything we wanted to see. Maybe one or two blocks off the “Prime“ area but we thought the price was very reasonable and we will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location as close to sights and able to find food.
The apartment was perfect for our family trip. Didn’t realize how perfect until we left to other parts of Greece. This apartment topped them all! It was very close to most of the sights making them walking distance. Food was also easy to find.
