Very spacious, clean, and stocked with all the amenities you need! Communication from the last minute booking to checking out was super easy and quick. The condo was right across from the pool and pickleball courts. And the general location is perfect for us! We love staying in Washington area because it's one exit from Sand Hallow and a couple of exits from town! And we love that there were some eating options right off the condo exit. Can't wait to stay there again!

Wonderful property with lots of space for large gatherings. Plenty of amenities to keep the whole family entertained from mini basketball game, ping pong table, Xbox, board games and multiple smart TVs throughout house. Great community pool with lazy river/water slide and tennis/pickle ball court. Great location close to downtown St. George and easy drive to Zion/Bryce. Would definitely stay here again for future trips

This house has everything you could need to make wonderful memories with family and friends! It is very spacious and clean. Many amenities provided in the kitchen to enjoy an evening at home. The pool facilities were conveniently located near the house. They even had floats and coolers available!! We would stay here again! One of the nicest places we’ve stayed!

Stay was overall very nice. The neighborhood was nice with the amenities. There should be more wash clothes available as there were only two in each bathroom besides the makeup towel. The floors/carpet were dirty.

The size of the home for our family was great! We loved the lazy river. Frustrated the washer wasn't working, with no other solutions offered, and at one point avoided my questions about it. Not a five star on cleanliness. Overall enjoyed our time.

It was a nice place. Plenty of room. Only gripes were the washer being broken and the waterslide closed half the time. Really liked the layout of the place. Very well designed for multiple families staying.

We had four guys golfing which worked out perfectly with the size of the house and ease of access. We don't spend a lot of time at the house, but while we were there it was quiet, well maintained and had plenty of amenities. If there is a minor annoyance when the wind blows it howls through the garage door, but you'd have to nitpick to find any issues with the stay and ease of rental.

This was the perfect property for us coming down with a few kids for soccer tournaments in St. George.
Quiet neighborhood, close to the freeway for access to the various venues in the area, and fun for the kids to have the pool and pickleball courts in their off-time.
Property is well equipped and in great condition. Everything we were looking for!

This home was amazing! Very family oriented with games, an Xbox, basketball hoop, and a bunch of toys for the kids to play with! They thought of everything when they stocked this home! The rooms each have their own bathroom. Each room is spacious and has a bunch of blankets/pillows/sheets etc. We will definitely be back!! Thanks!

Beautiful home with nice linens and furnishings. Very comfortable and a perfect location. We really enjoyed the extra games and activities at the house and appreciated having access to them.

My family and I stayed here during the 70.3 World Championships and it was a perfect home base. Spacious and comfortable rooms in a great quiet neighbourhood. A short drive to downtown St. George as well as everything else you might need. Really no complaints!

This was a great place for teammates and wives to stay for the Huntsman World Senior Games. The beds are super comfortable, everyone had their own bathroom and the kitchen/living spaces were great! Two things - it's right across the street from the complex pickleball court, and due to the hot days, many people played at night - until 1AM often! One bedroom is on the front of the house, so that guest was bothered by the bright lights and the noise from this. The other bedrooms are on the back of the house, so no issue. Owner should at least add drapes to that room since the blinds don't block out that light. Also, we hated that the owner doesn't pay for recycling.

Perfect Vacation
Our house had everything we needed. With two masters, one up and the other down, we had plenty of space. The kids/teenagers had a great time playing Ping-Pong and basketball. Easy to get to Zion and then the airport. All the instructions were very clear and they even called to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!

We loved our stay! Home was clean and comfortable! Very spacious. Once the pool is finished this will be a favorite place to stay while visiting the St George area.

Beautiful and enjoyable property
Property was very well kept and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped which made it easy for cooking meals. Furnishings were comfortable and made it feel like home. Pickle ball courts across the street were fantastic and the future swimming pool will make it even better. Overall great experience.

Stayed in this home with my family and had a great stay. The home is very spacious and has everything you could possibly need. The upstairs living room was a hit with the kids.

A Scenic Place to Stay
This is a new (3 month old) condo. 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were huge and the 4th were more than big enough for a couple. The lay out provided privacy while also providing a central place for the whole group to the place. The condo was very clean. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels & wash cloths available. Condo instructions were easy to understand and reasonable.
The kitchen had all the utensils, pans, plates, etc we needed - stocked as well as or better than any previous condo we stayed in. We thought the kitchen was stocked very generously.
We had a little trouble with the driving instructions, only because the condo was so new that it wasn't on Google and early instructions changed as the new area opened up. The condo was only a few miles from I-15 and we could also drive to Washington City stores in 15 minutes or less.
We called with a few questions and received quick, professional, but friendly responses. Several of us are big baseball fans and were disappointed there was no live TV. We watched very little TV and found shows we could watch, except baseball, a minor inconvenience.
The back yard was small. There was covered porch that accommodated everyone in the condo. We could sit and watch the sunrise over hills and see the landscape change colors. Two mornings had especially bright sunrises.
The condo met all of our expectations (except live TV), was very clean and well stocked, laid out in a way that gave us privacy while still meeting as a group, staff was very friendly and helpful, was convenient to St George, and, as a bonus, had a great scenic view from the back of the condo.

Cycling Vacation
This property was awesome! We would definitely consider staying here the next time we visit the area. The management company does a great job of making sure everything goes well, from a personal phone call before the trip, informative emails, and the information on the provided tablet in the kitchen. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry were well stocked. The only thing that wasn't provided was facial tissues, but that was the only thing missing. We really appreciated having a garage available so we could safely store bikes when we were driving around town.

Awesome place!
I stayed here with some of my family for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships. The place was very clean and we didn't have any issues. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that we couldn't turn the thermostat lower than 71 degrees. We are from the midwest and like it cool. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms worked really well. We even played a little bit of pickleball. The last night we grilled steaks on the nice Weber grill. I would stay here again.

Great location, clean new property, ping pong and a basketball game. Close to freeway. The place will be fantastic once the pool area is finished.

Snowy but fun!!!!!
Great place. Our only comment is the sofa in the main floor living room was terribly uncomfortable snd the floor in the shower in the main floor was very very slippery when wet. The rug In the living room main floor area was a hazard as the corners would cause a tripping accident. We moved the chairs to those corners to prevent this. Thanks for a fun time even if it snowed hahahahs.
