The accommodation is lovely with breathtaking views.

The resort has issues! As mentioned, the accommodation is lovely with breathtaking views. It was clean but you could tell that it had not been recently cleaned. My brother and family arrived at another villa days before us and didn't see the cleaners. When we arrived at the property my nieces dog followed us and went over to greet the owner of 33 who had painted his steps. We immediately recalled the dog and he was returning to us when the neighbour and owner of 33 kicked the dog. It yelped in pain and ran away. The dog did not get anywhere near the paint which must have been dry because 20 minutes later he put furniture on it. What an introduction to Croatia!! We had issues with ants in our bedroom and bed but there was bug killer provided, so it is a known issue. There was never anyone at reception and when they were there they were not polite. The resort is focused on owners, with no facilities for holiday makers (they have washed machines but only for owners) the whole resort looked like a building site. (beach, entrance, pathways etc). It was extremely dissapointing.

The property has a good location main bedroom with direct view on the sea and beach. Very well equiped, nothing missed.
