I loved the location

The gate code was sent via WhatsApp. preferably communications must be via emails like gate codes

Good location ,quiet area and safe.

There were a few points that needs maintenance

Both were clean and everything we needed was here. We have such an amazing time definitely coming back again soon.

Everything was perfect

We made our our breakfast,lunch and supper.

There were no pools and 1 apartment leak water till in the TV room and kitchen from the toilet

The accommodation and venue was great, we had a lovely stay. The host was friendly and helpful.

The location was easy to find with the provided directions. Its in a great area in town, close to shops and restaurants and provides a great view of the ocean. Property seems well secure and has garages if you travel in your own vehicle. The BnB has a play area with jungle gym for kids. The apartment was very well sized and is suitable for large families. Lovely outdoor braai area and verandas to have drinks or meals. Unfortunately we never experienced the full vacation stay but would definitely be a great choice. There is a large selection of cutlery and crockery so none of your own items need to be brought. Working stove, fridge, kettle, microwave etc. offers a full self catering experience. Spar, Pick n Pay and other grocery stores are very close by.

The apartment is slightly run down and not very well maintained. Gates, hinges and any item made of steel has significant rust. Needs a paint job on skirtings. Tiles are loose. Built in cupboard doors dont close well due to the rusted hinges. Lamps dont have covers, just a bare bulb. Most dont even function. Beds are rock solid, very uncomfortable, as with the couches. WiFi is not freely available, as costly as paying for your own data. R250 for 5GB. Basin mixers are loose and the shower has faulty plumbing. The shower heads are worn and leak constantly which is a major issue considering how strict the EC is on water usage. A cheap replacement would be good enough to provide a much better shower experience. Drain is also blocked so you will constantly have to pause your shower to allow the water to drain. No soaps, shampoo, toothpaste is provided but its not too much of an issue. Overall, the apartment needs some TLC. There NEEDS to be maintenance. One cannot simply leave the property as is especially considering the cost of these repairs are very low. I would highly suggest to the owners to get some supplies and DIY. Noise is also a concern. Constant loud music is always being played, even on weekdays. They stop fairly early, around 9-10pm but its still an issue. This is no fault of the property but of other residents nearby.

Convenient location close to beach and popular restaurant. Nice view from balcony. Safe play area for young children.
